yesterday we did a live reacting to a report that LeBron James and his camp were monitoring the offseason moves that the Lakers were doing to ensure that they’re going to put together championship let me read from the Bleach Report article that we read yesterday here’s the headline lebron reportedly closely monitoring Lakers moves for future decision clutch Sports CEO Rich Paul told ESPN Shams on Sunday that James will exercise his 52.6 million play option uh this season all while watching the front office as he pursues the fifth ring of his career he noted the future Hall of Famer will closely will be closely monitoring the team’s decision this off season when I heard that news I almost fell out of my chair literally how can you be monitoring what moves they’re going to make when you just picked up the last bit of money on the table and there’s no more money left i am absolutely beside myself what are they supposed to do now all they can do is bring in mid-level guys mid-level guys and you’re monitoring the situation for what to see if they’re going to go deeper into the luxury tax are you kidding so you want the Lakers to now spend some more money on a on a team that one of their superstars is a 41-year-old star are you even jo Does that make any kind of sense to you why would they do something like that given the fact that they have a guy that they just brought in for the present and the future and look at Dante why wouldn’t they do everything in their power to build around him i’m I am absolutely confused by that right so you have that bit of news but it doesn’t stop there folks with that news we then began to speculate well where could LeBron James end up next and folks would you believe it lebron James about to pull another damn LeBron James people let me show y’all a post that I saw from sideline sources not too long ago here’s the picture it says “There’s there has been buzz regarding LeBron heading to Dallas to finish his career.” And then it says “Imagine the LeBron Kyrie and AD reunion and getting to play with Cooper Flag and Klay Thompson.” But if you think this is just a oneoff there’s a Yahoo Sports article that substantiates this claim that I want to get into right now it says “New report emerges on possible LeBron James Anthony Davis reunion the the there was once a question about who would be the face of Los Angeles Lakers after LeBron James and Anthony Davis exit but that that just got answered in February the Dallas Mavericks traded superstar Luca Donic along with Max Maxi Cleber to the Lakers Max Christie and the 2029 first round pick it’s regarded as one of the most shocking deals in sports history as Luca is 26 led uh and led the MA the Mavericks to the NBA finals in 2024 while Davis is 32 and injuryprone regardless Los Angeles now has uh Donic to lead it through his past his post LeBron era james exercises 52.6 million player option with the Lakers on Sunday but he could still act out uh this summer if it he doesn’t like the team’s direction a new report emerged on Sunday about a possible destination for the 40-year-old if he does uh uh request a trade it then continues on there has been some buzz in the general uh NBA ether in the last week or two with LeBron and Dallas he said if you look at the situation they have AD they have Kyrie they have Jason Kidd uh who play with LeBron with his team USA uh uh at Team USA and also played under with the Lakers kidd was an assistant on the 2020 uh title team and LeBron loved being coached by him they have also they also have Nico which is f uh close to all of this and he believes he may be going to Dallas he didn’t say it explicitly but what he told me was for quote he about to piss you off with the next move and what move could piss us off more than LeBron going to Dallas and forming a damn super team and would you I can’t get away from LeBron James damn it i’m planning to move back to the States and I was looking at Dallas and then here come LeBron James unbelievable you can’t get away from this guy you can’t get away from him dallas okay let’s go through this quickly this would be what LeBron’s what 55th super team i’m confused he played with the Miami Heat was a super team he played with the Dallas Maver uh not the the Cleveland Cavaliers which is a super team he built their super team in LA and now you’re going to go finish off your career in Dallas with Kyrie Irving Anthony Davis Cooper Flag and yourself and if they win a championship we’re supposed to stand up and say what exactly that LeBron James is now on Michael Jordan’s level at 41 are you freaking kidding me that’s the first part the second part of all of this which is astounding to me is I thought ring culture was weird i thought ring culture was weird how is LeBron making all of his minions that ran all over the place last week twerking it up hollering and screaming pouring honey all over each other’s booties screaming and shaking but man you got to understand the point he trying to make you gota say the point he trying to make now he about to leave him high dry he about to skip off to Dallas now if he goes to Dallas we got to monitor the situation lebron is getting paid 52 m so the Lakers are going to get back a whole and I don’t know how he goes there and the Lakers don’t get anything cuz if they’re getting a trade the Lakers got to get something they got to get something and to me I don’t know who Dallas has that the Lakers would want to have kyrie’s a hell of a player but he’s getting up there ad you want him back i’m confused so that kind of defeats the whole purpose so I don’t know how all of that’s going to play out but this is going to be one of those weeks for the record book bro we gonna have a lot of emotions this week lebron fans are sick of LA i’mma tell you straight up and down lebron fans are sick of the Lakers and the fan base do you know why because they feel like they don’t appreciate them the Lakers fan base are like “Please leave we beg we beg the please depart embark go please so it’s gonna be a crazy crazy week and I’m here for all the smoke oh it’s going to be a fantastic week i cannot wait but this damn LeBron James about to do it again folks he about to do it again he about to form another super team after sitting up there while Steve Nash was twerking it up across the table talking about
