so could the utah jazz be trading away ace bailey to the boston celtics this 2025 nba offseason well here on the screen is a trade proposal or a trade idea from fadeawayorld.net the link to this article is down below in case you want to go ahead and check it out for yourself but this trade would see the utah jazz receiving jaylen brown and the boston celtics receiving ace bailey john collins a 2027 first round draft pick and a 2029 second round draft pick so this would be a crazy trade if it were to happen from the utah jazz’s perspective they finally got the superstar player that they that they’ve been looking for for quite some time in regards to jaylen brown uh jaylen brown of course knows danny a pretty well from their time in boston together and he values the player quite a bit so i definitely could see why the utah jazz would have an appeal and maybe an interest in jaylen brown as possibly being the franchise centerpiece for this team uh for the foreseeable future so i understand that jaylen brown you know could be dealt this off season as well there has been lots of reports about his future in boston derrick white’s future in boston as boston kind of you know strip it all down completely and blow this roster up or they remain competitive for this year go through a bit of a down year and then once tatum comes back kind of reset a little bit and fast forward after that so i can kind of see either scenario i know that it’s going to cost quite a bit to get jaylen brown um on the utah jazz but this trade package makes some sense in that regard so from the celtics perspective they’re getting back ace bailey now there was obviously a lot of drama and controversy on draft night because ace bailey did not want to go to utah didn’t really talk to utah his agent made uh you know came out with some mixed messages about utah he did report he is in utah all looks good for now but maybe this is a turbulent relationship down the road i guess only time will tell so if they want to sort of get themselves a superstar player get out of the ace bailey business then yeah maybe this trade does make some sense maybe ace billy wanted to go to boston maybe boston wants him whatever the case may be this i guess could be a fit from a value perspective john collins is a nice player as well lots of trade rumors about him this offseason as well getting back that first round draft pick from the lakers in 2027 is pretty decent and valuable in my opinion and a second round draft pick is pretty solid so despite all of that though i still think the winner of this deal would be the utah jazz they know what they’re they know what they’re getting with jaylen brown and if you’re the boston celtics you’re sort of punting on this season and you’re kind of hoping that acl can be a legitimate superstar in the nba someday um that’s the hope i guess so those are just my thoughts leave yours down below
