DA is for the money . He averaged 14/10 on the blazers with no good point guard . NOW he has Luka and Bron, he can catch lobs , his absolute best was the 2021 season with the suns where he showed all star potential. He has a post bag, can catch lobs like some of the best , he doesn’t need to set hard screens since Luka can anlyaze those situations . I believe DA is gonna be succesful on the lakers

Speaking as a Suns fan, the Lakers are really that desperate to get a new starting center that was an inconsistent center in Phoenix.
Luka alone is gonna make him as good or better than Paul did . He seemingly gets the most out of bigs. Got a lot out of lively and Gafford. Prior to the trade , jaxson Hayes hardly got playing time. With luka he was catching lobs left and right playing big time minutes. Ayton should do very well honestly and hes gonna have a ton of room to just roam around and either pop wide open jumpers or diving to the rim
i not really worried about aytons offense hes like ad on offense midrage,lobs, barely shoot 3s if he can only become a decent rim protector will be ok hes a good rebounder too weve been missing a big guy who can grab those boards letting go of zubac hunts the lakers for a long time 😂

not from cali but from what I've seen he is much more mature and wiser nowadays, he already had the god given talents as a big man day 1.. now after sorta a small redemption arc he is past his personal journey into a humble basketball hooper.. he will be on the big stage now so hope he get his bearings together quickly and thrive sooner than expected playing alongside a playmaker like Luka
