  1. NOBODY THOUGHT THE JAZZ WERE THE FAVORITES IN THAT SERIES, MUCH LESS THAT THEY'D DOMINATE. Regardless, that Jazz squad overachieved as much as humanly possible- a great great squad, particularly in '97; they were not as good in '98.
