Detroit Pistons Free Agency Has Been ROUGH So Far πŸ€ #shorts #detroitpistons #nba #nbafreeagency

Day two of NBA free agency and I got to be honest, the Pistons have had a rough rough time in this free agency thus far. They were able to make some productive signings. Bringing in guys like Duncan Robinson on a three-year $48 million deal, signing Caris Levert to a two-year deal. Those guys will give you some good floor spacing and scoring, bringing back Paul Reed on a very friendly deal in two years. Those are productive signings. But unfortunately, the signings and the moves they were most excited about and prioritized the most seem to fall through at the very last second. Unfortunately, hoping to bring back Malik Beasley on a three-year $42 million deal. And unfortunately, the gambling allegations pop up before free agency even starts. There were a lot of rumblings about the Pistons being interested in Santi Alama, the stretch four from the Memphis Grizzlies, and he signs back with them on the first day of free agency. And then last night there were rumblings about a deal for a signing trade to acquire Malik Monk from the Sacramento Kings as they were trying to sign Dennis Schroeder over there to be their new point guard. And then out of nowhere they were able to trade Jonas Valenunis at the last second which balanced out their cap space. And now it seems like the deal from League Monk has unfortunately fell through. Hopefully they have something else planned but it’s a tough sled right now for the Pistons. We’ll see what Traan Lane and has planned
