Warriors Trade Offer LEAKED…

Folks, we have an update on the Jonathan Kaminga free agency. We talked about before it happened, the restricted free agency. It could be a slow drawn out process as he looks for 20 to $30 million. Warriors, they gave him the qualifying offer, 7.9 million. What’s happening next? A big stalemate. Well, we’re now hearing some wor excuse me, whispers. I was going to say murmurs. Came out weird. whispers out of the Kaminga camp about what they’re doing moving forward. So, we’re going to break that down for you and review this whole situation. I know you all have been getting a lot of videos from us, myself and Arthur. That’s our job here at Warriors Digest to keep you up to date. I’m going to say for one second, folks. I read all the comments. I may not reply to all of them, but I read them. We’re doing our job as reporters on Warriors Digest, giving you the news. Yes, we want to report something signed. That’s not our fault. It hasn’t happened. But when there’s news being shared about potential trades, potential free agents coming in, it’s our job at Digest Media, Warriors Digest, to share the news. You may be more in tune watching right now than the average person out there. Maybe we have people watching from over 30 countries on average per video. It’s amazing. We love it. You may be living in the Bay America. You see it more. So for us here at Warriors Digest, it’s our job to share the news with everybody globally. And that’s what I love to do. And that’s where we’re sharing the news today. So if you want the news daily, yes, I want to talk about Kaminga sign is Al Horford sign somebody whatever it may be Kaminga leaving, but we have to keep update on what’s happening on a daily basis. And that’s where per Evans Cery and Anthony Slater, two very knowledgeable reporters, insiders around the NBA. So I’m not just putting out some random rumor from some Twitter account. Yes, I’m letting you know where we get our sources. I always do. Kaminga plans to meet with in interested teams next week in Las Vegas. If the Warriors have not signed him to a new deal yet, summer league is starting. What’s today? Today’s the 5th to like September July 8th. Kaminga’s camp continues to field interest from other teams as his restrictive free agency plays out. Again, either trying to get an offer or potentially a sign and trade. I put out a video a couple days ago. Warriors are looking for a first round pick and a promising young player in a sign and trade with Kaminga. The Kings offered Devin Carter, a firstear player last year. Dario Sarich, a former Warrior, and two second round picks. So, you’re getting basically a backup point guard who has, you know, a future ahead of him who knows the potential. A power forward, knows the Warriors system, a bit older, barely played for the Nuggets, and two second round picks for the person you took in the number seven pick in 2021 NBA draft. Uh, I think that’s a loss for us. We also broke down the Wizards, Bucks, Heats, Bulls, and Nets. That video is linked below. I said maybe uh Josh Giddy, he’s a restricted free agent. A trade there between two teams could be a advantage. Kobe White, I don’t think the Nets are Bulls are giving up for him. Uh Buch from the Heat would be nice. Other than that, not a lot of teams going in. So, yes, I’m going to use chat GPT to show you guys something just to give an update on how we got to this situation because again, um I want to make sure we’re all on the same page. The Warriors gave Kaminga the 7.9 million qualifying offer. He can take that and that means he’d be on his final year and next year he would be a free agent, unrestricted free agent. There will it, excuse me, there’s a lot more money in free agency at that point. A lot of more teams will have cap space moving into next year. Right now we’re in a stale stalemate after four days. Kaminga open to departing staying warriors holding firm. Al Horford’s decision could also impact their finances. Horford may be looking for 5 to 10 million. That could mean that Kaminga would need to uh take less money potentially. Trade interest we just talked about. We’ve seen a lot of free creatants go off the market. So right now Kamingus the BC option for teams. Are they willing to give 20 30 million which is what he wants? Maybe they’ll give three years 45 million like what Dennis Schroer got 15 million per year. If no material deal happens by July 6, Kaminga could resign in Golden State. Today is July 5th. Play the season become a restricted free agent. Again right now roster flexibility is unclear until we get Kaminga. And why do I say that? We’re going to break out our resty. Boom. Look at the column. 2526, folks. 170 million in salary cap. We can’t go over the second apron. You’re in purgatory in roster construction. $36 million is what you have to play with in free agency. If Kaminga is trying to get 20 million per year, which I don’t think he’s going to get, he’s not worth it at this point based off of other free agent deals. Let’s call it 10 to 15 million. Then you have basically 20 to$25 million to play with. Al Horford maybe he wants five to eight that veterans min excuse me that mid-level tax payer exception. Then you still have to fill out the rest of the roster with Curry, Butler, Green being very topheavy, especially Butler and Curry making that much money. Then you are really stuck not rounding out this team. Well, and I do see the comments, why are Curry and Butler not taking less money, restructuring their contract? I’m pretty sure in the NBA, and please correct me if I’m wrong, chat, comments, fans. You can’t restructure your NBA contract. NFL you can to open up more money. In NBA, I don’t think you can do it. I haven’t really heard about that happening. And this could be a reason why they wouldn’t because like fair enough folks, we know Curry and Butler are set for life. They’re set for generations after generations. They don’t need $59 million. It’s a thing, of course, when you’re that good, you want to be paid the money you think you’ve owed. But if if it’s at the cost of your team, being able to feel the championship team, personally, I would take 20 million less and allow my team to have more well-roundedness all around. So, that’s where again, now you’re just waiting on what’s happening with Kaminga. And it seems like this is going to drag out into a second week of Champions League dragging out with him going to Vegas. They meet with teams, his agents to meet with teams. So this is disappointing folks because of course we wanted this to be done. We wanted more players. Warriors have not done anything in free agent. See ESPN free agents. Morates Wagner is going back to the Magic. Not surprising with his brother there, but I he could have been a nice fit with us running gun type of player. Then you get Jackson Haye as a center returning to LA backing up D Andre Aton. So now you really don’t have any centers there. It’s Al Horford power forward center or you make a trade. So this is disappointing folks. there’s really nobody left in the market. It feels like the Warriors are getting pigeon holed to having to deal with Kaminga. And when I say deal with, like if you don’t get Kaminga, your team’s not getting better. Or maybe you do think that your team is better without Kaminga. But the talent he has, what he can provide the team. We saw what he did against Minnesota with Curry out is pretty impactful. So folks, I want you to comment your thoughts. Let me know.
