BREAKING NEWS! Miami Heat Trade For NORMAN POWELL in a MASSIVE 3 TEAM TRADE 😳

Miami Heat Nation, what is going on? So, we do got some breaking news and technically, we’re no longer running it back. We have a new player on this roster that could have been an all-star last year if he never got injured. And it’s a three-team trade and I’m not even going to do my intro because you know what? I’m excited. I’m excited that we have something different. It’s saying the Los Angeles Clippers, the Utah Jazz, and the Miami Heat have agreed to trade that sends Norman Pow to the Miami Heat. Yep, that’s our new addition, Norman Pal. John Collins to the Los Angeles Clippers. And everybody’s wondering, well, what did the Miami Heat give up to trade for Norman Pal? Well, we didn’t give up nothing. And this is what you call a masterclass. Masterclass of a trade. Kevin Love Kyle Anderson in a 2027 Clippers second round pick to the Jazz. But not only that, with this trade, we got off the Kyle Anderson contract. We only gave up a second round pick. Cool. But we freed a freed up a roster spot. So now we could go into free agency and possibly bring back Alec Burks. That’s just kind of example. We can go after Dame Lillard. We can go after one of these guys that are available. That’s the plus about it. Now, how do I feel about Norman Pal? Norman Pal shot 41.8% on 7.1 three uh three-point attempts last season while averaging 21.8 points per game. This is a steal for the Heat. Feels like more info is coming from one of these sides. I definitely think so. So, the only thing that I’m a little worried about is if he gets rerouted because is Norman Pal coming off the bench because he doesn’t fit in the starting lineup. You see what I’m saying? And Norman Pal already when he was on the Clippers didn’t want to come off the bench. He didn’t. And then he proved himself like, “Oh, that’s why I’m a starter.” And then obviously dealt with the injury and that kind of held him back with the hamstring. So, this is the only thing that I’m kind of like nervous about because remember remember when we made moves and like yo, we got Dennis Shruder and DaVon Mitchell and then Dennis Shruder got rerouted in 5 seconds. You know what I mean? So, I’mma definitely keep you guys updated on the situation. But, this is, like I said, massive news. We got a six-man type of guy that can come off the bench, take about eight threes, well, attempt like eight threes a game and shoot efficient. That’s amazing, right? Like I said about the roster spot, we could bring in Dame. We could bring in whoever at this point, the fit, cool. We got off the Kyle Anderson contract and that’s what all that really matters. But not only that, when we look at his contract, so five years, $90 million, he is going to be a free agent in 2026. So he’s only making about like 20 20 plus million dollars this year. So he is a expiring deal. So, it’s not like we’re going to keep him longterm at all. And the Miami Heat didn’t want to keep him long term because clearly it’s not a long-term fit. They’re trying to free up cap space for the 26 27 season like they’ve been saying, but they needed to get off the Anderson contract. They didn’t give them much. And they, like I said, I’m going continue to say they freed up a roster spot. That’s a W. So, like I said, I’m going to give the front office an A+ for this expiring contract for a guy that is going to help us, you know, somewhat compete in the Eastern Conference this year. He’s a good player when when he is healthy. And also, if Tyler does get injured, he can replace Tyler really, really quick. He can be inserted in that starting lineup fast, him and Dave, because you we all know Tyler’s not the greatest defender. So, is it Norman? Just replace them two. You know, it could be interchangeable if Tyler gets hurt. So once again, let me know in the comments section what you guys think.

  1. I'll also say we got an open spot meaning we will get beal or dame we shipped out two players got one back

  2. Hells yeah! This is a steal! I don’t think he gets re-routed. At least I hope not. Maybe this means Tyler moves to the 1?

  3. Excellent trade although I would love him as the 6th man here if he is re routed him, Wiggins and or Rozier along with a young assest the heat now have fire power to go out and get a star player now or by the trade dead line

  4. I mean if Tyler is starting at PG and Powell is at SG idt that’s terrible but my preference would be for Mitchell to be starting PG and Powell to be sixth man off the bench

  5. Strengths Weaknesses
Elite off-ball scoring Defensive consistency varies
    Efficient shooting Limited playmaking role
Proven in clutch Age may factor in long-term
Veteran experience Fit with Heat’s system TBD

Norman Powell is a seasoned role-player with high-end scoring, particularly in catch-and-shoot and pull-up situations. In Miami, he’ll be counted on to inject offense as a complementary scorer—if he can hold his own defensively, he should be a valuable addition.

  6. Naw Davion Needs To Be Starting PG it’s no need to go backwards with Herro at PG , Powell Can Play SF Actually Wouldn’t Mind Him Starting Over Wiggins . Wiggins & Rozier Needs To Be Traded For Bench Depth

  7. Heat's Current Salary Situation:

    Bam Adebayo ($37.1 million)
    Tyler Herro ($31 million)
    Andrew Wiggins ($28.2 million)
Terry Rozier ($24.9 million guaranteed of $26.6 million)
    Norman Powell ($20.483 million)
    Davion Mitchell (estimated $11.5 million)
    Simone Fontecchio ($8.3 million)
    Haywood Highsmith ($5.6 million)
    Nikola Jovic ($4.4 million)
    Kel’el Ware ($4.4 million)
    Jaime Jaquez Jr. ($3.9 million)
    Kasparas Jakucionis ($3.7 million)
Pelle Larsson ($978,000 guaranteed of $2 million)
    Keshad Johnson ($2 million)
