The Knicks dropped their full summer league roster. The Knicks summer league team is absolutely stacked. This should sound familiar because I’ve been saying it for weeks now, but you know what? Sometimes seeing is believing. Let’s take a look at the Knicks full summer league roster. Shout out to the New York Knicks for giving us this following information. As we see it here, this is the Knicks 2025 NBA Summer League roster. From top to bottom, PCOM Dier, Kevin McCuller Jr., Tyler Cole, Marjon Bochamp, Uda Baba, Anton Watson, Jamal Bay, Bali Blesses, Dink Pate, Jaden Campbell, Devon Grant, Nick Jordane, Luca Suka, Lance Wear, James Naji, Mohamd Diawara, Ariel Lakporti, and the coach for the Knicks summer league this year is Jordan Brink. Now, out of all of those names, a few of those names already stand out. And why? It’s because we already covered those players on the channel already. If you missed any of those videos, stop this one right now. Go look at the channel and take a look at all the players that we’ve already covered that have been added to the summer league roster. But there is one player that the Knicks just added, a defensive center from Villa Nova, no less, and he’s from the Rick Brunson tree as well, too. He’s a very talented center, and his name is Lance Wear. Let’s go ahead and break down some more information on exactly who Lance Wear is and what he can offer to this Knicks team. Shout out to New York basketball on the app X for giving us this following information here. According to them, Lance Wear is a summer Nick. He’s 6’10, a former Villanova and Kentucky Wildcat who played for Rick Brunson at Camden High. All defensive team and second team, all forward/c center for UT Arlington last season. Originally a highlevel fourstar recruit where played high school basketball for Camden High School and committed to Kentucky over Miami, Michigan, Ohio State, and Providence, Rhode Island. His high school coach is none other than Rick Brunson, the father of Jaylen Brunson and current assistant coach for the New York Knicks. wear was brought into Villanova as a depth piece for the front court, but his exact role is still up for debate among fans and analysts alike. Lance thrives being a tough rim protector and received glowing reviews from coach Cal after he announced he would be leaving. He’s an exceptional leader and as good a teammate as I’ve ever coached. It also means where being a fan favorite and the team’s enforcer is very good qualities to have. Players with size, upside, and athleticism where defines all of that. I’m really looking forward to watching him play during the summer league. All of these kids that have been added to the Knicks summer league roster, they all add more competition to the players already there. I’m talking about the Huck Porties of the world, the Tyler Colex of the world, the PCOM Dier of the world, the Kevin McCuller Juniors of the world. Honestly speaking, it’s those players, those key additions to the Knicks summer league roster that I’m going to be looking forward to watching this season because for me, when it comes to summer league, I want to see what players can do year in and year out. Last year we saw how good Tyler Kolk was, how good Pakcom Dier was. What about now? How much have they grown? What about Ariel Huckporti? How does he look right now? He just had surgery. Does he look the same? Is he moving the same? I want to see every part of his game and see how much that injury affects it. Or maybe it doesn’t. Maybe he recovers 100% and there’s no issues. But as of right now, we don’t know because we haven’t seen it. There are so many things to look forward to when it comes to this Knicks summer league roster. We want to see the people returning from last year and how they do this year, but we also want to see some of the new players and how they’re going to do as well, too. Let’s take another look at that Knicks summer league roster and break down a couple of other players that are going to be joining the Knicks this summer. Shout out to New York basketball on the app X for breaking down all of this information for us. As you can see there, Devon Grant, also known as DayDay Grant, will join the Knicks summer league team. He’s a combo guard who led Atlantic 10 champs Don Quinnesque in scoring in 2024 and played in Europe last season. Another Nick that we see here is Luca Sucka, a 610 Slovenian forward who makes the Nick Summer League roster now as well too. But the players I’m expecting the most out of right now more than anybody else and I already spoke about them a little bit earlier on, it’s Tyler Koh, Pakome Dier, Ariel Huckporti, and Kevin McCuller Jr. But out of all of them, I am looking at Kevin McCull Jr. primarily. He missed summer league last year due to injuries. He fell in the draft because of his injuries. He has a chip on his shoulder. He wants to prove everyone wrong and show everybody he has a bag, a very deep skill set. He can rebound. He can pass. He can playmake. He can score the ball. He can score in so many different ways and he can attack as well too. A lot of people, including myself, call him Josh Hart 2.0. And when you watch this kid play for however long you watch him play for, you’re going to see why. He’s tall, he’s aggressive, he defends, and he does a little bit of everything when he’s out there. He’s capable of getting a triple double anytime he wants. That’s because he rebounds, he passes, he scores, and he can do that with the best players the Knicks have on that summer league roster right now. Tyler Koh, even his role is not secured. You never know what’s going to happen with him. I would want Kick to get more minutes under Mike Brown next season. And I think a lot of other Nick fans would want that, too. But it’s not going to happen magically because we all want it to happen or because we all believe in it very strongly. The way it happens is for Tyler K to take a step up, not only in his game, but also with his level of commitment. And it’s clear given the off season, given the way he’s coming into this summer league, he is coming in to prove a point. Do not take him for granted. He can improve his game. And if you give him a chance, he can light the world on fire. I believe in Tyler Koh. I always have and I always will. The Knicks have one of the most exciting summer league rosters in the NBA right now. And I cannot wait to see what they do in Vegas. They are going to light Vegas up. They’re going to put on a show. There are so many players with chips on their shoulders because they want to prove something. They want to show the world what they can do. And in my opinion, one of those main players is going to be Kevin McCuller Jr. But somebody I have my eye on and I cannot wait to watch once summer league starts is Lance Wear. A defensive center that can definitely have his game translate to the next level. All it’s going to take from him is working on his game little by little with the players around him and the players that matter. But if he can figure it all out, he has a very good chance to be a very special player in this league. But what about you guys? What do you think about this absolutely stacked Nick summer league roster this year? Let me know how you feel about that in the comments section below, guys, because honestly, I would love to hear from you. But that’s going to do it for this episode. I hope you enjoyed it, and if you did, go ahead and smash that like button, leave a comment below, and of course, guys, please subscribe to the channel. Until next time, Nick fans, take care of yourself, your families, and each other. Peace and

The Knicks have made another move in free agency to make their summer league roster even stronger! According to the official Knicks account, they have added former Villanova center and Rick Brunson student Lance Ware to the Summer League team. This kid is a defensive center who is athletic and can play with his back to the basket. Team first type of player ready to make an impact. 1. Another large center though.. 😬
No more Moses Brown but man..
Ariel Hukporti, James Nnaji, and now Lance Ware.. may the best big man win.

  2. I expect all our second year guys to do well in the summer league. However my eye is on McCullar Jr Beauchamp Kolek and Dadiet.

  3. This kid Lance is the prototype of athletic Big we need. DEFENDER, Bouncy and a filled with toughness. Real talk we need a player that plays with an edge. I’m excited!

  4. He’s a bum!! Coming from a Kentucky fan and a Knicks fan. Unless, he toughened up, and I wouldn’t think that he has, I wouldn’t get too excited about him.
    Thank me later

  5. Looking forward to the summer league. Hukporti and Kolek are a lock. Dadiet, not so sure he might be another Frank but we will see. McCullar I don’t think makes the roster. Beauchamp I’m looking for him to do well and because of his young age and athleticism I think a lot of eyes will be on Dink Pate. He’s my pick for surprise some league stand out
