BREAKING! Orlando Magic star Paolo Banchero has agreed to a 5 year $287 Million contract extension
So, we do got some breaking news coming out and it says Orlando Magic star Paulo Ban Carol has agreed to a 5-year maximum rookie contract extension that could reach $287 million. So, he’s making around $57.4 million if it gets to the $287 million mark. Now, it also says this deals includes a player option on the first for a rookie max since 2021. It happened to Luca and Trey Young. Now, Paulo Ban Carol has been excellent so far through all his NBA career. I mean, just last year a 26 points a game, 7.5 rebounds, four 4.8 assists, and the year before that and the year prior, he was averaging 20 plus points. And each year, he’s just constantly getting better. Also, it just cements that the Magic Core, Ben, Carol, France, France Wagner, and Jaylen Suggs are now under contract for the next five years. And that’s what they’re rolling with. They’re pretty much saying, “Listen, this is a core that’s going to try to help us win a championship.” They have that much confidence in Paula Ben Carroll being that number one guy, France being that number two, and potentially Slugs or Bane being that three and fourth option. Let me know what you guys think about this. And also, who would you rather have Paula Bay and Carol or Dub from OKC?
