Jokic has most touches per game more than any other player in nba history and it’s not even close. Russ doing it while not even being in the top 20 in touches is impressive. Giving someone the ball the entire game and they stat pad is not a winning team, hence why they have only beaten injured teams in the playoffs since 2020.
Here is the insane thing about last season and his not getting the MVP. He had the first ever 30-20-20 game. He recorded the first ever set of multiple teammates to have 30 point triple doubles. He recorded only the third ever (and highest scoring) 60pt+ triple-double. He recorded the highest PER average per 36 minutes in history. He recorded the only 2000-1000-500 season in history. He is the first player in history to end the season in the top five of EVERY MAJOR STATISTICAL cateogry except blocked shots. ALL IN THE SAME SEASON.
