Cam Whitmore TRADED to the Wizards!
Yes, sir. Let’s go. Breaking news out of the NBA today. The Wizards have traded for Cam Whitmore. I mean, what? Will Dawkins is just unreal. Like, two second round picks for Whitmore. What do you want me to say? That’s a steal. And look, I’ve been here. All right. I was saying Whitmore should have been a top five pick in the 2023 draft 2 years ago. I mean, you can find tweets of me saying there’s not much I wouldn’t do to get Cam Whitmore on the Wizards again 2 years ago. Now, look, I do get why the Rockets did this. After trading Whitmore, they’re now under the first apron. even after trading for KD and signing DFS and Capella. But man, I’m telling you, I’m just such a huge fan of Whit Moore’s game. Whenever he would get a shot in Houston, he would go off and he’s got all of the physical tools and skills to be a legit 20 point per game scorer in the NBA. And honestly, man, it’s just nice to finally be able to root for a team that just knows what they’re doing and has a plan. And like, yeah, we now have an elite young core. Let’s go.

He is force to be reckoned with on offense. I think he will have fun in the Wizards whom are not fixated playing minmax play on every possession and let him play at more leisure
Congrats man Iām a huge Rockets fan and Cam is a more than solid prospect. Hoping he gets the reps he needs, the Wizards are definitely making strides forward.

Iām a die hard rockets fan watched every game last year. iām so mad abt this he needed minutes and every time he got on the court he got buckets but now he actually gets to play

He just needs to apply his athleticism on the defensive end, more effort, less threes & more drives, and he's an all-star.

Rockets fan here. In my opinion they didnāt trade him because he was āunderperformingā or ānot enoughā he was amazing when given the chance. It was mainly his attitude. Coach Udoka said multiple times how he didnāt like his attitude
