It would take Giannis reaching 2018 LeBron and Cleveland level, which maybe is on the board. That 2018 Cavs team, even though he got hurt in the playoffs, had, you know, Kevin Love, who was a diminished version of, you know, Pete Kevin Love. So, you know, that that’s the comp for Miles Turner and then a bunch of weird pieces. And LeBron was just like, “Yeah, in this conference, I think I can do it.” And listen, it took two sevename series just to get out of the East. It took a couple gamewinners. He had eight 40point games in those playoffs. But for a guy like Giannis who had or maybe I should use present tense has top 10 all-time player potential like it would take one of those runs where it’s just no I’m just going to be the best guy and I just need one guy to ride with me each night of the postseason. So, it’s not to me that’s not realistic, but it’s not fantasy.

Btw that “diminished” version of Kevin love that nick Wrong is talking about averaged a double double 19 pts 11 rebounds 2 assists w a true shooting percentage of 53.5% averaged more points that 17’ and 16’ and Bron still got swept enough of the excuses 😢😂

Labron averaged 27 8 and 8 on 51 percent from the field. Giannis just averaged 30 11 and 6.5 on 60 percent from the field. If Giannis plays like James in 2018 it would be s regression. Giannis just averaged 33 15 and 6.5 on 60 percent in the playoffs, which is also better than Labron in the playoffs that year.
Hot take: I think that 2018 Cavs roster is just straight up way better than this current Bucks roster is
People that think LeBron opting in for 51 million is selfish of LeBron, don’t know how the cap works. Had LeBron taken the minimum, it still would’ve only freed up 10 million in cap space cause of the luxury tax they’re in.
That being said, I get Nick Wright is a Klutch client, but the trade market for LeBron being non existent, doesn’t have anything to do with his level of play, but everything to do with the great possibility of LeBron retiring next year. As a team, why would you go all in for a 1 year rental of LeBron. It just doesn’t make any sense.
