Taran Armstrong Impressed Steph Curry After Doing THIS…

This 6’6 Australian point guard from the Warriors impressed Fkur in this first summer league game. He showed the Warriors front office why he deserves a roster spot. Armstrong open for three. Good here. He sets up his teammate beautifully on the baseline and it results in him being fouled. And I’m just showing all sides of his game here. He fights around the screen and comes up with a great contact. And take a look at this beautiful alleyoop lob for row layup everywhere he goes on the floor and gets fouled. And it’s good to see that he’s not backing down from anyone. He got fouled by that guy and then knocked down two free throws, which is good to see. Stewart stripped and stolen by Armstrong. As you just saw, Armstrong stole the ball and then set up his teammates for a fast break bucket. They’re fighting. Armstrong down the lane once again knocked down two free throws and then on a defense making it as tough as possible on his opponent, not fouling and forcing a miss. Armstrong back to row beautifully. In my opinion, this dude could potentially develop into the backup point guard for the Warriors next season. He’s a very good facilitator who can knock down threes and has solid defense.

  1. People are gonna look at the box score and say he’s not that good, but this guy handles the ball 95% of the time, had 0 turnovers. He gives that traditional pg vibe

  2. Yeah, right. Just what golden state needs another guard. Golden state's problem is a lack of size. The last thing they need is another guard. Wow! They definitely don't need rookie guard.

  3. we need more smart PG, not throw away the ball like Pods. we can live with Curry throwing the ball away, but Podz and Draymondcan't throw the ball away like that.

  4. Taran is so skilled, he was cooking here in Australia… he will be great this season, just need to get minutes

  5. Nahhh, Kerr will not play the kids, instead he'll continue to overwork the seniors until they get injured. Same typical tactics, yr after yr, owner got sales talked from Mr 😂
