What happened in the math series? We got all coached by Rick Carile and his staff and we got out played by Dirk and Jason Terry and that little but that little JJ Barrer. Nobody give him credit. JJ Barrer was the one who changed the We didn’t have no answer for him. We Okay, Dirk, you know what you going to do? Let’s just UD make his shots tough. Make it hard on him. He try to make him not shoot 50%. Make him have an off night, but he still going to get 20. Jason Terry going right. You can’t stop him, right? We knew all these things, but no one planned for little JJ to come off the bench and do what he did, right? And I I look at it and I say from a not from an MVP as an award, but from an MVP as a player who really helped push that series over, I give it to JJ cuz we didn’t have no answer for him. Wow. Like, and you’ll see a clip where I’m cursing LeBron out. I’m in his ear. I’m talking to him. But that probably was the way I should have done it. Maybe I should have done something else, right? And so we were more talented, but they were a better team.

People forget just how close in skill and talent ALL nba players are. Any one of those guys out there, from the superstar to the 12th man can catch fire at any given moment. They're all skilled enough to do so, JJ and Terry both just got hot at exactly the right moment. You cant blame the heat for that, but you also cant discredit the Mavs or the individual players because of it. Thats just the NBA right there
