ace Bailey desperately needs new representation there is a a certain level of “Hey my client’s not going to work out for you hey my player’s not going to go to your team hey don’t draft him hey this isn’t what we’re doing.” When you are an established agent you don’t pull that card very many times by the way it’s not something that you regularly just throw on the table every draft it’s not something you ever throw on the table when you’ve got one goddamn client and whoever this guy is who has been making Ace Baileyy’s life miserable for the last 3 months has one client and he’s done everything he possibly could to establish his start in the NBA it’s tough man i heard you and Hammer talking a little bit about this earlier on the insiders and it is such a I think you I don’t know if you or Hammer used the term predatory but that’s exactly what this is i don’t know the nature of the relationship between Ace Bailey and his agent but I know when you have highlevel basketball players like this when you have now you can’t like I can’t just walk into the NBA and go I’m an agent because uh such and such player at SAK State chose me to be his representation that’s not how it works there are aggressive steps that you have to take uh to be an agent in the NBA you have to get certified by the NBA Players Association you have to be essentially approved by the NBA players association and by all accounts I don’t think this dude is and so he needs to make a change he desperately desperately uh needs to make a change and the fact that he’s showing up in Utah cuz what’s done is done now like you whether you wanted to go to Utah or not by the way I don’t blame you for not wanting to go but if you wanted to go to Utah or not you are put that behind you kid you’ve got a career to establish you’ve got money to make and if you have to do it in Utah yo you have to do it in Utah
