Man's trying to earn himself a job.
At his young age, Bassey knowledge of the game is very healthy (especially on D), where he can only increase and get better. Taking note that he is a big even. His foot work on D is second to none, take not of that in this video.
Looks good, but he should – this will be his 5th season if he gets onto a team, he just knows where to be better than the kids he's playing with, which is why he's seemingly cleaning everything up with ease. Well, that and being the biggest guy on the floor not named Lofton. I think people overvalue these games as tools to project with – whereas we have four seasons of actual NBA stats to look at, and the only numbers attached to his career that intrigue are 6 and 10.
One thing we should do is put Lofton Jr and Bassey on that 2 way
Basset has to continue playing well and he will get another chance. He is showcasing himself to the Celtics and rest of the league.
Sign him immediately he legit played rotation mins for the spurs last season he can legit be our starting center lol. Hes legit better than all the centers we got currently
