Eric Glass, Kel’el Ware | Postgame Interview | July 13, 2025
on the performance really bad. Um it was the exact same game as it was uh the other night against Atlanta. It’s all we talked about yesterday and this morning was offensive rebounds, physicality, playing with force and and Cleveland took it to us on on every level on the glass, on defense, on offense. They were the more physical team and we didn’t stand a chance. Cole’s play, I know you’d rather see it in a victory. I know there were rebounds he didn’t get also, but your thoughts from what we had seen to this point in summer league. That’s what we’ve been waiting for from him. Um, and then it just translated to every everything else when he’s comes in with that focus, that intensity. Um, the rest of his game blossoms and he has that potential and we want to see him do it again tomorrow. Do you think he took what Eric said to heart or do you think this is something that’s been working toward getting to this moment for him? Not sure to be honest, but whatever he did, he’s got to get back there tomorrow. your thoughts tomorrow? Will the regulars play again or the the roster guys in it back toback or I’m not sure after these two games? Everything’s on the table to be honest. What did you want to see with Stevenson with that starting group? Uh we didn’t play Marcus Williams and uh I didn’t want to have two point guards in the starting lineup and not have a ball handler in the second group. So I I uh I like Eric with that group. I like Kyra. So I just kind of swapped them for mostly for positional stuff. Was this a step back for Cass or is this part of the learning process? Yeah, I think it’s it’s part of the deal. He’s going to be up and down. Um he made his shots, everybody got excited, you know, but it’s it’s it’s not a linear process, especially when you’re 19 years old. What do you see from Kash Johnson out there besides I I know it’s not always about production with him, but what are you seeing from him? Uh Keshad is our is our spirit, our voice. Um he he brings us toughness. um you know all the little things that that don’t show up in a box score but that you need to win. Um that’s what he gives us. Um how much of this was you trying to make a statement after coach spoke to us yesterday? You obviously saw his words. How much played into that? How much was this just you saying maybe enough is enough? I mean yeah it uh you know it all comes down to like you know like supposed said you know you put in the effort you know going out there and planning. So that’s just what I wanted to show that I can do. Why don’t we see it? No offense, all the time. You will. You will. How how strongly did you take coach’s message? Were you surprised by it? I mean, it’s just rare. He usually does a lot of stuff behind the scenes as you know. So, when you saw the way he he decided to approach it, what was your reaction to that? I mean, no, I just took it as motivation. uh you know obviously you know he he’s you know he’s the coach and he has that you know that trust in me and he wants to see me you know be the best that I can be. So I took it as motivation

Eric glass is amateur coach
Terrible coaching!
Eric Glass is mewing through this entire interview
Glass is literally a fucking Spo clone.
Lmao what is this lighting looks like we telling scary stories 😂
No gold? I’m guessing he got mad and benched him because he didn’t get many rebounds against the hawks. did he think dain was going to eat up on boards?
Good answer Kel'el. They be trying to put you on the spot.
Reporter: why we dont see that kind of offense from you all the time?
Ware : you will, you will. ( Didn't smile didn't blink)
Greatness seems inevitable for him
Glass is terrible lmao
Good Work Kel El Keep it up G
Kelel got pissed on Ira’s question 😂
I feel like this year we have worse players with the exception of Larsson and ware cant be lazy maybe coach Dan should have been the coach this year as well
I will say. No excuse kasparas played trash and has only had one game but atleast he was 2-5 and not 0-7 like his first game. If he not hitting he shouldn't keep shooting lol but does need to fine ways to playmake. He did try I seen a couple of times today. Threw one strong pass top right to a teamate but unfortunately missed. they just wasn't hitting there shots too. He definitely needs to work on handling the ball. When they pressure him, he just collapse. He young but men definitely not gonna be ready this year for the nba. Maybe play a little bit in the g league this year. Hopefully develops and showe out next years summer league
Nice job by Winderman pushing that question. Ware needs to come out aggressive and wanting to destroy people every time he’s on the court
@@MiamiHEAT PLEASE TELL SPO WHEN HE WILL CALL OUT BRICK ROZIER👀👀👀
Scary ass lighting bruh 😂
Came here for Kelel’s answers, not sure i like his answers, but at the same time I criticized Coach for not playing him more in the playoffs, and he his hungry and knows his worth… tough spot
The lightning brought Flashback to The Conan O’Brian “In the year 2000” segment 😂😂😂😂
Glad Kel’el took the criticism as motivation btw.
