All right, man. Vegas summer league, man. Let’s talk about some of the young prospects we saw, man. Cooper flags debut. How you feel about them first couple of games, man? First game is a little bit shaky, but he bounced back that second game, went crazy. How we how we feeling about Cooper so far, man? I like Coupe cuz he went out there and It wasn’t for a lack of effort. He put that thing up. He just wasn’t making 21. Yeah. Like he was he was out there trying. You see, he came back and killed the next he didn’t look scared. He’s real comfortable now. He He’s nice, bro. He’s real comfortable. Oh, he a confident player. He can who? See, that’s the thing that we lacking with Bronnie. The confidence just not there, bro. Like you would think in his second year you would see I mean cuz you killed the G-League. Yeah. So this a very similar situation as the G- League. Oh yes. And you would think you would see the confidence just kind of like I’m better than y’all. Like we know he’s gifted defensively. Like you see him matching up with Cooper. Yeah. You like okay he’s going to be a defender. Like I need 16, bro. I need 16 shots. I need 16. 20 shot. You said you don’t even care. Go ahead and just win. I like that he took that that shot for game even though it wasn’t the best shot. I was just like, “Fuck it. Let’s go, Bronny. Take us home.” Damn. You want him to shoot 16 to 20 times? 16 points. I need to see him kill, bro. Cuz we ain’t really seen it yet. But I need to see you kill now, bro. I needed you to shoot 20 shots in college. Hawks and Pistons, man. No, it’s a Hawks Pistons. They ain’t even finished that one up. Shout outs to the Hawks, man. I got some young Hey, got that young rookie man. Young eyes. He looked nice, man. He was on the flag team. My verb looking real promising for sure. We talked about Reed Shepard, man. Looking like he’s gonna get some burn this next coming year, man. I promising. Honestly, Reed Shepard is a really good basketball player, bro. Yes. And he might be, this is going out on a limb, but I think he might end up being better than Peyton Pritchard cuz he he’s super athletic. I can see that. He locked up. Oh my god. That ain’t crazy to say. I’m saying because he was just a sixman of the year. It’s like damn y’all being extra right now. But if you look at him play, you’ll be like, damn, he shoot just as good probably. I mean, realistically, he’s supposed to be better than Pton Pritch. Yeah, he was top five. But, you know, when people start you start getting outlandish when person just six minute of the year champion and all that. Yeah, for sure. I mean, he’s put in time to show how good he is. For sure. But listen, if he’s going to be the backup point guard for that team, yeah, they going to be all right. They’re going to be real nice, man. Real nice. You got Fred Van Philly starting him as a backup. Houston quality players for show. Some other young talent. We talked about Khil on this podcast last week showing his ass in the summer league, man. Also, sit him down. What are they doing? Yeah, he’s definitely should not be playing anymore. 21 to N. He’s already show he can play. He played a lot of NBA minutes, but uh Eric Smra basically saying he needs to improve on his professionalism. Respect. Boy need he said when they start doing that, boy, he better clean up now. Yeah. I don’t know what’s going on. Um, but you know that that different crazy they don’t play They don’t play around out there. Nah, they and they going to lie, bro. Like it’s like a let down. If Carrington don’t kill like in the summer league, you look crazy. Yeah. Cuz you start. Yeah. You said there was nothing to win from playing second year summer league. No, there’s nothing. Unless you didn’t play. Wow. Unless you didn’t play your rookie year. That’s the only time you should play summer league your second year. If you started or was played a significant amount of minutes as a rookie, what the are we doing? Yeah. And I know we got to get out of here, but what makes you like why do you think players play though? Cuz the organization make you. Cuz I was about to say what’s the what’s if you go in there saying I started last year. Why am I in summer league? Then you get you unprofessional. Yeah. You don’t want to do what’s good for the team. You think you too good. We think you need more reps. It’s like I do in the actual game. I didn’t know if that was like a player’s choice, but if I’m want to go rock out like GG wanted to do that and Nate Robinson went crazy. Yeah. He had a business winner under no circumstances, bro. It look crazy, bro. They was averaging 40. I didn’t know that game. Tyrese Maxi second year, his first two games he had like 40 points. Like, bro, those situ Why did we bring him here? Like, you know what? Let somebody else play, man. He got 40.
