Utah Jazz Fall To San Antonio Spurs In OT In Las Vegas Summer League
Tonight was supposed to be a reunion for Utah Jazz rookie Ace Bailey and Spurs rookie Dylan Harper. The former Ruters teammates in top five picks in the draft, but Bailey still nursing a hip flexor injury and sat out tonight’s game. So did Walt Clayton Jr. But another Jazz rookie made his summer league debut. Second round pick John Tan scored 16 points and shot four of seven from three. Harper, the second pick in the draft, scored 16 for the Spurs. A great shot here for the and one. The best player on the court was Jazz second-year player Kyle Filipowski. He racked up 35 points, pulled down 11 rebounds, and shot five of eight from three. This game went to overtime where Kyle Filipowski flashes his athleticism with Billowski. Woo! D that dunk tied the game in 91. Just enough time though for the Spurs to get a shot off and they go to an undrafted G-League player named Riley Min who breaks the hearts of Jazz fans everywhere. His buzzer beater beats the Jazz. Next up for Utah, the Wizards Wednesday nights.
Kyle Filipowski showed out for the Jazz, but it wasn’t enough as the Spurs came out on top thanks
