This plan makes no sense. A trade with the Mavs is nearly impossible based on salary matching alone, much less the fact that a deal like that makes no sense for the Lakers.
Also Kyrie is out this year with a torn ACL and returns next year at age 34 coming back from this horrible injury that is especially tough on guards because it kills their speed. That Mavs team is basically the AD/James combo that made 1 western conference final in the 5 years since winning it all in 2020- a rookie, and a bunch of roll players. Sorry but that team is going nowhere.
