doldrums and the Lakers do indeed regain that Advantage I’m trying to get him off and get him back into his shooting Rhythm coming off those picks like that 14 on the shot clock so there’s a 3 second differential between the game clock and the shot clock winding down to the end of this first period Dennis Johnson over cupak hits and the Celtics lead by one 6 seconds to go Lakers looking for the last shot to give him the lead worthy and third kill did not foul him and that’ll end the period and worthy doesn’t understand but chapter one of the reunion between Boston and the Lakers ends with replaced male as the starter that’s pretty good Lucas having a difficult time getting out there to defend against wedman the Lakers are going to call a timeout and when we come back both Robert Parish Kareem to help Paris to no avail but they worked him that time they bumped him a little bit they’re trying again make him use some energy except javar has had some great ball games recently he had 46 against Houston and uh like he said game may be over by the time he gets tired Harris tries the inside move on Kareem and it’s called for the offensive foul three fouls on Robert Parish and that you’re seeing this brand of basketball you’re looking at the teams with the best two records in the NBA the Lakers had the best record early but the Celtics surge have given them the edge and there are the other clubs that make up the top five in the NBA you see Milwaukee Houston Philadelphia all battling it out for third but it’s so far it’s been clearly Boston NL play and making his first appearance in this game is Greg kite who’s rarely been used as the big man in his third year well they’re going to put the torure test on Kim they’re going to have kite bang him and use his fouls on
