Did Portland Win the Dame Trade After All?
Two years ago, Portland traded their franchise player in a three-team trade. They would make a trade that would send Dame to Milwaukee and a bunch of role players to Phoenix. And in return, they would get back DeAndre Aan, Kamar, Drew Holiday, a 2029 first round pick that turned into Denny and two pick swaps from the Bucks. Now, fast forward to today and they have Dame, they have Drew Holiday, they have a great young player in Kamar. Things didn’t work out with DeAndre Aen, but who cares? The good news is nobody expects anything out of Portland. The bad news nobody is or will be expecting things out of Portland. The players, organization, the city and the state are all trash.
