Lakers vs Celtics | Lakers Highlights | NBA Las Vegas Summer League | July 17, 2025
Wider, Koko, James, and DJ Stewart. Lindseay Harding is the head coach for the presence here in Las Vegas. James off the curl goes up top [Applause] to try to get him ready for this year’s regular. Played 37 games for the Lakers and he gets the dish there from James with the finish fighter and he’s on the move. Koko trailing. Euro finishes with the layup. The Spanish product spin move. Dumps it off to Williams. Back to Gonzalez and blocked. Gonzalez the 28th pick in the first round for the Celtics. Connect for three. Nothing but net is such a great program by Real Madrid. Ronnie, nice pass there to Koko. Great feed in the off the line, but the nice dish dropping it off in tight corner for the Lakers. Darius Basisley checks in along with Deuan Gordon. Just physically he can’t match up and you see him out beyond his three-point arc with the two big lineup. Gordon’s got some space to drive, hangs and connects. Basisley on the drive and the finish. Davis on the move. Swider open enough to shoot it and of course carries it. Save. Basisley at the free throw line. The spin off the glass. Gets the hoop and the hard. No good. Basley with the rebound. Basley goes right back up with the flush and he’ll get the by the Lakers. Basley picking up 94 ft. Nice block by Basley. Williams. Throws the grenade to Walsh and he’s not going to get [Music] RJ Davis on the pull up. Gets that one to drop there. RJ Davis thought Bronnie was going to the rim for the lob. Bronny was going to the corner ends up missing. It takes up pretty much half the score table now. So, but again that helps out guys like me who are nearsighted. So, it gives like the All-Star game and then also um Amazon with for a young man who’ve been playing so well this summer trying to work his way back into the NBA. Yeah, Lindsay Harding very feel for the young man for sure. playing alongside Jordan Walsh. A 160 run for the Celtics and Stewart ends that turnovers here. Some sloppy play. Stewart lines one up. Knocks it down. Blocker Kopo to be able to get that shot up on the glass. Swider on the move. The onelegged shot. Stewart working hard there. Throws it up and gets it to fall in and out. Walsh tries to launch it on the tip. Down a wheelchair. You feel for that young man for sure. You really do. And of course playing so well in this game cuz Bonnie with the basketball. Yeah. Mari Williams blocked by Koko. Flarities as well from a game perspective too. Bronny takes the bump gets the hoop. Bonnie threw that to the corner. That turnover should be on Connect for not being in the right spot unless they’re familiar with the game of basketball. Here’s on the connect. I like the aggressiveness by Dalton. Connect finishing with two hands at the rim is away for the moment. Stewart regains it. Swider on the baseline loses his foul. James stutter step. Slo is good. No. Oh, and Ronnie getting back, hustling back, getting the steel. [Music] over mismatch on the interior. He did a great job of getting him the basketball. James with a nifty move and a finish in a beautiful move to get to the rim crossing left to right and to Loftton. 6 seconds on the shot clock. James penetrates, muscles one up, gets it to good. Like this version of Bronny James. He’s not going to the basket looking to pass the basketball. MVP chance for Bronny. Shyman on the curl pocket. Pass to look and on offense. Shyman guarding him. James on the step back for three. Wide to the mark. Shyman on the drive. Penetrates. Throws up a wild shot. No good. And there by Young DJ. Yeah. Can Can you get fined in summer? No. Is there a summer league? He just told the entire world. What do you mean you ran him out? We don’t need to further the conversation. And there he goes. Going to work here. Shoulder turns the corner. Drops it off to Williams. Williams rejected by Koko. Gets the hand off to Connect. Connect going downhill. Left hand is good. Celtics in control here since the second quarter. Connect is open for three. That goes above the rim. That’s one he likely could have just dumped and walked away with the bucket. Guy that can be productive in this league. Largest lead for the Celtics. Swider tries to answer. He does. It’s a hand in there. Ball batted around. Swider comes up with it. Ko turnaround is good. Windmill for Walsh. James from the corner. James connects by 20 to unseat the T-wolves in the fourth position. So if the Raptors win, Jay Kids got Frank Bogle who was the head coach of that team for the Lakers. with a beautiful move. Primary ball handler with those two guys playing together. Braun was averaging over nine assists per game before moving for their playoff lives here in the Las Vegas summer league. Walsh has 17. Gonzalez on the drive. Slotted away by Kellco. Austin again goes up top. That one deflected by James, but Gonzalez gets it. Fun character for sure. Misses there. James with the board and he puts it back. Stewart will launch this one and gets that one to drop. [Music] [Music] [Music] I’m down. Hey, hey, hey. [Music] Heat. Heat. N. [Music]

Bronny had his highest turn over rate today but honestly a good amount of them were from his teammates not reading him correctly, he turned up in the second half and made some crazy plays/buckets. One more game tomorrow and Summer League is a wrap. Prayers up to Bazley !

Bronny showing his aggression and playmaking iq if he cuts down turnovers he definitely a solid player atm
Knecht is a major defense liability mishap. He won't get any minutes other than garbage time. Trade him once and for all
We never win in preseason
Bazley came off injured and the team disintegrated 😢
Exactly! Bazley goes down and not much on the defensive end. Swider gets playing but can't even guard wet paint
Bronny need 1 more year to lock in. He isn't ready just yet.
I feel Lakers' youth corps offensive lineup is getting better and better.😊
Bronny, just wanna ball I love him for his hustle and confidence now. Prayers and well wishes for Bazley🙏❤️
K4 seem to really struggle in Summer league, significantly worse than when I've seen him in the regular season, and I'm not sure what the cause might be.
I wonder if the coaching staff see what we see , he should be ok , I mean he’s dad turns the ball over a lot and nobody seems to care.
Lakers are in big trouble if Bronny is the leading scorer, but thank God, this is only a Summer League.
Everybody on the court is TRASH….
I don't know about NBA Summer League but I feel like Lakers wont make to next round after loosing too many games. It really suck to end up with a lose and injured player.
BRONNY WE LOVE YOU
Baz bout to get that contract 😢
They need to sign Swider and Bazley
Prayers for Bazely. I think a lot of us were hoping that he would get a shot to make the roster and at least help from the bench if nothing else.
I don't think the 25-26 season is over for him just yet but it's definitely going to set his projection back a few weeks at the least.
Bronnys defense and play making has been improving. Meanwhile knecht cant still connect
Again… AD intro.
Adapt beasly for Lakers rotation this awesome defender and attacker
Beautiful game BRONNY James and company
Prayers for my guy bazely he been hoopin frfr
Get better Db!
There’s a real connection between Bronny and Koloko. Started seeing signs of it last season
3:55 this play reminds of his dad so much
I really like Dalton Knecht but he is just struggling. I'm not really expecting him to have minutes or be in a rotation next season with the Lakers. Having Jake Laravia now, Dalton is not gonna be on the floor
I hate to say this but Rob Pelinka better get rid of his ass outta here and trade him for a 3 n D specialist. Lakers really need some 3nD or a guard that can score and defend. And Lakers might regret it later that they gave away DK but lakers is gonna get someone better
Good for Dalton Knecht that will improve on other teams but Lakers need someone that can be a help. I would say that i guess the trade with the Hornets really broke his heart and that is why Dalton Knecht is struggling
We kinda suck..
Buen partido ofensivo y defensivo (más que todo el ofensivo) destacar el gran partido de Bronny que lo vi en casi todas las jugadas ayudando al equipo
BRONNY SELFLESS
