Drops it off for Laneir. steps into a three in and out but Smith right place right time didn’t manufacturing like a pipe building company yes before he started college ball and now he’s got a full contract and there’s our guy Tony Smith it was campus he made a tough culture tougher and that’s not easy to do talking about 26 in blue who throws to his running buddy Laneir they’ve ran that action time and time yeah that Laneir number that he’s wearing is uh has captured that same culture and mentality to start this game. Again, I talk about the value of hard cuts and Mangus wide open for three. Laces one up, gets it to fall. They’re the ones you have to make. Oh, Laneir wide open again. How does that happen? Nothing but net. I mean, you and I only call call close games. Yeah, there you go. All the games we’ve done, they’ve been close. Beautiful cut there by Jir Nelson Jr. Those guys, you’re in good shape. That guy is going to be a first, second team, all NBA guy for the rest of his career. He is so dynamic with the ball. Oh, and a reverse there by Ukamadu junior. So they needed to replace the spacing in the shooting. Robinson, one of the best shooters in the game. You find guys that love ball and you find guys that are fearless and for him to put himself out there in that situation and and make a finds Jones Garcia. Floater good. How patient was that by Jones Garcia? Is so good. He dribbles that ball at different heights. Just a tough cover. Talk about 25 and one. Yep. 12 points. There’s a three ball there. Yeah, why not? Ukamadu again. If you didn’t know Ukamato 30 minutes ago, you know him now. Out of bounds trigger guy. Ziggler that time just inbounds a ball and won the sprint to the to the shot spot. I will say this about baseline out of bounds defense in general. Brings it back out. Jones Garcia clearing it out. Sideep three on the way. Gets that one to drop. Well, to Smith took away his left paw and so he’s been averaging 22 points here in Vegas. Already has 21 in the first half. Brooks gets the push shot to fall for Dio. And the turnaround is short. It’s not the most skilled guy. a lot of colleges on his resume. Williams with the finish on the other end. Potential number one pick in the draft going to BYU. I got a chance to speak with him yesterday on our broadcast. Jones Garcia just makes it look so easy in Las Vegas. That’ll be it. They’ll shut him down. Yeah, they’ll have the Cooper flag bottle. No, he sure will. That’s my first time to see him in person as well. sitting to our right right now, but he is all of what they do. I’m sure I pick up a few things certainly from watching him, but we we don’t have uh mirror images regarding our game. Dennis knocks down the three there. And ain’t none of them. No. And none of them are. Kevin Durant is a one of one. Well, he’s one of one. Yeah. And still going at 37 years old when the season started. I understand. Yep. The number eight alltime leading scoreer. It’s funny you say that because as you see a step back three from Dexter Dennis Jr. puts up the phone to his ear. Call me who they choose to hang with and who their mentor is on a team. It can extend your career by four or five years. If uh David Jones Garcia is a part of that squad in two and a half months, he’s going to push for some minutes. What a move there by Dennis Dexter Dennis and he’s bumping into teammates. Discuss even with a guy like David Jones Garcia. So, well, he’s better now than he was when I watched him with Texas A&M. Well, there he rips the net again. Bellam, very good job of Dexter Dennis able to finish in traffic and Nelson has done that in this game. Madlock with the cross gets blocked and it’s off him as he tried to grab the rebound. Dio was Ingram going downhill up and under. Look at Stefon Castle. He was the rookie of the year this year for San Antonio, but he he shot just 28% from the three-point line. So, even the rookie of the year has to continue to be where I want to be in this league. I I’ve got to get better at my weakness, and I know Castle well enough to know he’s putting those hours in right now. Well, listen, you start moving up that scouting report after a while. Under six to go in this one. Duh gets that one to drop. Boy, made it tough, too. They were trying to down him. The new ages fought cuz it’s the one time that the entire league comes together and a lot of work gets done. It’s kind of their their Super Bowl in a in an odd way over a 10-day period. I remember back in 2003, Mochi helped a young lady, her name was Natalie Gilbert, the first guy to hit those marks in NBA history. Jimmy, I did one of their games this year and I remember at shoot around I was talking to Harrison Barnes about the kid as you see the flush there. Um, and how impressive he was, how mature he was for his age. Well, good news for Spurs fans. He was officially cleared to return on July the 15th. Cool doesn’t win in life. And and those three guys could have came to Las Vegas with a coolness about him. I I really don’t have as much to prove as I did maybe my rookie year. I’ll try my best. see what I can come up with.
