summer league championship game. Just you talked about what this team’s brought this whole entire process that’s allowed them to be in this moment. It it’s really impressive. You know, we talked about it early just kind of being the most competitive together team we could possibly be be with throughout this tournament and they’ve showed up every game and I feel as though they’ve been that every single game, every quarter, every moment. Uh and for being together for a short period of time, they’re they’re really a close-knit group. It’s been a balanced effort across the board, but Khan, decent performance today. and Jaylen Sims really really shined there. What can you say about what they were able to do out there today? Played confidently. You know, Jay’s a very good basketball player. He’s an NBA player. Um he went out there and he showed it when he played with us and the Hornets. Uh went out there, played with confidence, took the opportunity, and uh we really shared the ball early, took care of it, but uh yeah, it was fun to watch. How have you seen Khan develop and just get better throughout? He’s just playing more comfortable, you know, like he’s he’s comfortable now. The first game a little nervous. It’s our first game of summer league. He’s a rookie. It’s to be anticipated. And now he just found a little bit of a rhythm and flow and uh it’s only going to get better. What’s one thing you guys? I think overall we just at at towards the end of the third quarter, we started thinking score for ourselves rather than sharing the basketball. got caught in crowds at times and those led to turnovers, but other than that, we played very well. And what was your guys game plan? Our game plan was to protect the paint. We were really going to try to protect the paint and then we knew they were a great steals team. We had to take care of that basketball. Smoke.
