I never thought I’d be depressed from a summer league game, but here I am. And honestly, I don’t hate the Hornets for beating my favorite team in a pointless NBA tournament. I hate them for making it close. This game started off looking like a Hornets blowout. And a lot of that was because of Yes, Ryan Cochr Brener was absolutely dominating Sacramento in the paint. And mix that with the fact that the Kings went 7 for34 from the three-point line. Let me just say that again for you guys real quick. 7 for 34. They were destined to lose this game. And hey, not to call anybody out here, but Devin Carter, Mason Jones, Nick Clifford, and Maxim Renault couldn’t score for But even with all these downsides, the Kings made their way back into this one late in the game, but were immediately deflated after a coniple three.
