No fear and no lack of confidence in getting shots. Sure. Shepard to the left. The spin buckets. Rockets. [Applause] Shepard over. Sanders the way out in no man’s land. You see the help defenders ready to come. Shephard the tween the fire the connect he’s on led another guy he wrapped up his college career at St. John started at Harvard 43 in white. There’s Shepard for two. Big 10. Now Shepard going back to work. Rough start for him in this game. But now he knows you got to be able to knock down that shot in the NBA. Ron Holland was four for five from distance in their first game here. He’s two for three today. Shepard refused it and he cut to the front of the rim for the lob. Man, the Rockets look energized to start this second quarter. Big grab from Harris. Shepard calls for it and hits a three. Shepard got it back after the miss. 10 to shoot. He’s got Clintman on the perimeter. Looking to take the big man to the rack and he trap. Shepard his first look. Trey be in. And he can fly. 15 seconds left. Shepard nowhere to go. Good defense by Flowers. Shepherds to the hole. Soft touch. You know, watching your team last year, obviously a lot of success with the ultimate goal is to win a championship. Um you just talk to me about it in a way and and he’s ready in a way that you you can’t be coming out of college. So So I’m excited for this year. Simpson Shepard read that correctly for the steal. The lefty finish. Rockets down by 10 trying to cut into that. Shepard switching hands at the very end. Yeah. Upset Auburn in his junior year. He had 28 points, 28 big. Reed Shepard gets three big ones there for the Rock. Under control. Didn’t have the first shot. Gets the side dribble. Nails it. So four from Tou Smith, three from Chaz Laneir. And there’s the first field. And we know that, you know, he’s mentioned in some trade rumors for you. What do you like for Reed Shepard? What do you see? A nine-point lead for the Clippers. Shepard looking inside to Dante. Williams on the fast break. Ball fake and a shot made. Good job. 6 foot. But that was not that was not a move that had a lot of chance. There was no force in that move at all. Ziggler on the inbound finds Trevor Kees, former Duke Blue Devil, and he throws it away. To see that again. He did a fantastic job with that. That looks simple. It’s not because he was coming into the screen roll. They refused it and he cut to the front of the rim for the lob. Man, the Rockets look at and and as he gets that separation game and being able to get by people um that’s going to make his three that much better. His hands are unbelieving [Music] inside. Miller hauling it in. Shepard. Miller wasn’t expecting that from Simpson. Shepard with the steel. But an up and down rookie season for him in his three starts. 20 points per game. And we know. Sanders looking to get around Reed Shepard. He does. And Shepard with the block. So if you’re asking, hey,

Such a great shooter, and great hands/reaction time. I'm curious if he can actually develop into a primary on ball player, even if just with the second unit. I'm not so sure at the moment.
