[Music] Trey Young may be on the move. Now, I know a lot of Miami Heat fans would love to have Trey. I would love to have Trey as well, but the Miami Heat, they do not like Trey Young. So, rival executives are closely monitoring Trey Young’s future per shams. If no extension is agreed upon between Young and the Hawks, he could decide to opt out in 2026 to become an unrestricted free agent. Young can sign a 4-year, $222 million deal extension with the Atlanta Hawks. Let’s get into the video. Ray Young, he has two years left on his deal this upcoming season, but he has a player option in 2026. He can be a free agent next summer. It’s going to be a much more flush market in free agency coming up. And listen, this is an Atlanta Hawks team that has made a ton of moves this off seasonason. Got Christos Porzingis. They can go several different directions with this team. They have a rising young team. They have guys like Jaylen Johnson, Zachary Reese. But the Hawks want to see how this team looks. Both Trey Young and Christo Forzing are extension eligible. But Trey Young, by all accounts, I’m told, is locked in. He’s excited about this team. He really believes this team is as close to that team several years ago. They made it to the conference final. I’ve seen what Trey Young can do with Clint Capella and John Collins. And could you imagine him in a Miami Heat system with Kiloware, Bama Bio, Wiggins, and everything like that. But you can’t have Trey Young and Tyler Herro. I just don’t see that working. We already have major defensive issues and I just don’t see the Miami Heat even giving Trey Young anywhere near that kind of money. And like I said, the Miami Heat are really focusing on switchable, movable players, length, size, rebounding, defense, and that’s really their main goal, and they’re not going to steer away from that anytime soon. I know the Lakers are sweating right now. If Luca doesn’t sign this extension, he can be a free agent next summer where they’re going to be 10 plus teams with cap space. If he does not sign it, you will see teams begin to open up maneuvers to trade for Luca. I’m telling you right now, Win Horse is right. The Lakers better hope and pray they figure out the LeBron situation. Are they going to be willing to go all in right now? Do they want to save their assets for later? And obviously, like I said, the only way Luca’s coming to Miami is through Goran Dragic. Other than that, I don’t see that happening. We do not have the assets. We don’t have any. You mentioned a losing streak or if they’re in seventh place on December 5th or something like that, everything will be tied. When it comes to Terry Rosier, the feds are not playing. So, there’s an NBA suspension of Rosier would afford the Heat salary cap and luxury tax relief of 50% of the salary lost during a suspension. An NBA banishment of Rosier would remove Rosier’s salary from the Heat’s payroll. Now, Rosir’s attorney said Rosir met with the NBA and FBI officials multiple times in 2023, and the initial investigation determined that Rosir had done nothing wrong. He traded for Rosier in 2024 and the NBA and presumably the Hornets knew about this investigation. But did the Miami Heat know? Did the He know the feds were watching Ter Rosier because I’m going to tell you right now if he gets banned and obviously all of this all of this is allegedly I’m not saying he did any of this. But obviously the feds are still looking at him. If that is the case and the Miami Heat didn’t know this was going on. I need my pickback. I need my first round pickback because there’s no way you’re gonna give us a player that’s being hunted down by the feds. Okay. He’s playing like absolute garbage and you didn’t tell us. If they met multiple times, why are we just hearing about this now? But as long as we have a floor general on the way that’s in the system that’s going to be ready to build around this young core, that’s all that matters to me. Because we were so young, a lot of people forget about how good Michael Beasley was. And I know he was immature. You know, a lot of different things were going on, especially with him mentally, his family, you know, and we’ve been really seeing a just a lot about him on social media, but this was this was absolutely hilarious. Michael Bezy says, “Eric Spa is the toughest defender he ever faced. Yeah, he never put me in the game. Spo, I love you. Spo is my guy. And that’s probably the one thing I’ll say about Spo. They should have unleashed Michael Beasley. I’m sorry. We were trash when we had him. Why do you think we had him? We were in the lottery. They should have unleashed Michael Beasley. And I know that he takes accountability for the way he was, the way he acted. You know, he really wasn’t a professional. But then at the same time, you have to understand these guys are 18, 19 years old coming into the league with millions of dollars. And their whole lives they’ve been told that they’re the guy that’s going to be it. They’re the main guy. They’re the, you know, they’ve been worshiped and praised and, you know, and they’re given all this money. But I just wish Michael Beasley worked out for the Miami Heat because he is nothing but buckets. He is nothing but buckets and I just really wished he would have worked out. Defender you’ve ever faced? Um, Rick Adam, Eric Spraer, whatever head coach at the time. Eric Sper is one of the toughest defenders you’ve ever faced. Yeah, he never put me in the game. the XO. Jonathan Kaminga does not want to return to the Warriors and is seeking a deal worth 30 million per year. Kaminga reportedly turned down a 5-year $150 million deal from the Golden State Warriors last season. However, his market has dried up and restricted free agency. The fourth year pro averages 15.3 points a game, 4.6 rebounds on 45.4% 4% field goals in 47 games last season. I’m not saying he’s not talented. I’m not saying he couldn’t be a future star. But right now, what has he proven in the NBA to get $30 million per season? What? And I understand that the Golden State Warriors stunted his growth and held him back. I understand that. But what has he proved in the NBA? He said it out of his own mouth. He has to prove himself in the NBA to be a guy that can score for a team to rely on him. So, okay, you’re going to have to do a prove it deal. I would have loved for him to be on the Miami Heat because those are the types of guys that I want Eric Sper to have. Just insane talent, two-way ability, shooting, scor. Those are the types of guys that I want Eric Sper to have. But once again, I just think he’s being a little bit too greedy with this.
