BREAKING NEWS! Spurs SIGN David Jones-Garcia!
Finally, no. Finally, David Jones Garcia is a San Antonio Spur, baby. What is up, San Antonio Spurs fans? Welcome to TSR Sports. We got some breaking news. It has finally happened. David Jones Garcia has signed a two-way contract with the Spurs. Let’s get to the breaking news from Shams. David Jones Garcia, all summer league first team breakout guard, has agreed on a two-way NBA contract with our San Antonio Spurs agents blah blah blah. I’m gonna mess up those names of Gersports. Tell ESPN. Jones Garcia starred for the Spurs this month, averaging 22 points per game, six rebounds, and 53% on threes. The Spurs need shooting. Sure, he might not get time right away, but I think this was an excellent move. I absolutely love it. I know some of you say TSR turnoverprone. Look, a young player that’s going to cost us very little. And you know what’s most important? He’s not going somewhere else. Can you imagine if another team signed him and then he turned out to being the an all-star. Whatever. I’m excited about this new Spurs fans. With this signing, that still leaves us two spots, I believe, on our our regular roster. Our two ways are Harrison Ingram, Riley Min, and now David Jones Garcia. Then we have the two open roster spots. I do think the Spurs will sign one more player to the regular roster and maybe they’ll leave a spot open for after preseason. Who knows? But this was great. This is great. And he’ll probably, if he does join the regular roster at some point, he won’t have to handle the ball as much as he did in summer league, which did translate into a lot of turnovers. He was a freaking NBA gym on fire from three most of summer league. And this was a great move. We’ve been talking about this on the channel for a while. When’s it going to happen? When’s it going to happen? Is it going to happen TSR? Is he going to go over to Europe? Is he getting offered a lot of money? I’m excited. I’m sorry I’m talking on my own minute, but I was waiting for this to happen and it finally happened today on July 22nd, 2025. David Jones Garcia is San Antonio Spur. That’s all I got. This might be one of the shortest videos I’ve ever done on the channel, but I wanted to break the news to you guys and get it out there. Your thoughts. Are you excited about this? Hit the thumbs the channel and subscribe to become part of our awesome San Antonio Spurs community. I thank you and as always, go Spurs go. Cuz the giants

It finally happened Spurs fans, how you feeling? Thanks for watching and GO SPURS GO!
Thanks Rich. He was great in Summer League, but what else do we know about him? Heβs 23, and he played G League for Mexico City last year. Thatβs all I know. If he is so good, why didnβt he show up on the radar 2 or 3 years ago? Dude is a walking bucket. Iβm not complaining. Just asking.
I really thought he was going to Europe. Good signing, nice to have him for contingencies.
devin vassell out
YES! ππππ
Do you think Harrison Ingram will play with the team this year
Go Spurs Go!!! He deserved it. His play was consistent throughout the summer league. It's a shame some of the local reporters are so cynical, that they can't accept a feel good story like his.
I need more TSR!! Keep up the good work Rich!
So glad this man got his shot.
Maybe he will get some playing time this season!! GSG!!!
My picketing at the front office worked!
They should save those two roster spots for Ricky Lombardo and Ron Jambo I heard they got kicked out of I Make Crap channel and are not invited to Fil A Box Comics
David Jones-Garcia Good Luck This Season Go Spurs! Go ππ
As a Dominican and Spurs fan since 1988, I found it very disheartening to see San Antonio select their first Dominican player, Luis Felipe Lopez, in the 1998 draft and then trade him away that same evening. However, seeing them sign DJG makes me forget all of that. GSG!
Go spurs go
They did it!! π
I was correct. Thank you. I said if the Spurs had not signed him by Tuesday (today), then he wasn't in their plans.
PATSFO is waiting to trade Vassell and Johnson before giving DJG (and Minis) guaranteed contracts. McLaughlin will be traded or released.
Now let's see how he does in training camp and preseason games. He needs to cut down on his TO.
FINALLY
Cool!!
A comment to support the channel
so many guards π
fock yeaaaaa! gsg!
He deserves it! I'm pretty confident he'll get a chance to show what he can do with the big league team at some point.
π©π΄ HOLA DAVID JONES -GARCIA TO OUR SAN ANTONIO SPURS FAMILY π©π΄ GO SPURS GO
YESSSSSS it was clear to see this guy should be on an nba team SO glad itβs us to give him a shot
Awesome!
Smart move by us, and I hope he gets some play time with the 2nd team.
bout damn time ! OZZY DAY RIP!
I think it is a great move. I was afraid he was going to Europe!
go spurs go for life
well deserved
Oh good, more guardsβ¦
Do you see why I say Devin Vassell is overrated? David Jones-Garcia will have a similar role, just as productive at 15ppg and with a minimum salary.
Spurs Nation is leaps and bounds
Spurs management made it happen and Go Spurs Go. Excited about the upcoming season.
Love it!!!
Went from "Who?" to "We must sign him!" in less than a month. Keep it rolling DJG!
Its
About
DAMN
Time!!!!!!
Go Spurs Go!!!! π₯³
Finally, they didn't let him go to another team
Finally a Garcia!
5 GUARDS?!?!!
Let's Go ππβ€
This is indeed an excellent news !!!
Garcia was an average g.league player until mid of february (some good performances with more than 25 points but also very bad performances with 5 points).
What happens to him in february ?? He became more consistant (worst game is 14 points but a triple double with 14/10/10 !! but two +50 points games in march with a crazy efficiency) on march.
He managed to confirm it with his performances in summer league.
If he continues to confirm his great performances with Austin, it would be very interesting to test him on several games in NBA in december as SF of the second unit. If he manages to translate his good performances in NBA, why not giving him a similar contract than Champagnie !!
He played way to freaking good to not get picked up hopefully we give him a chance
