Miami Heat Nation, what is going on? So, in today’s video, we got tons of Miami Heat news coming out today. And we also got some more news on the Heat having interest on one of the top on ball defenders in free agency. So, this is just kind of an update on the Miami Heat’s current situation and everything that’s going on for now and the future. So, $61 million in expiring contracts for the 2026 free agency. Um, this is solid young court built at Wear, Yovitz, Larson, Hime, and Kasparis KJ. Um, six first round picks from 2026 to 2032. And it also says the front office has flexibility and now have the ability to acquire more assets. Now obviously that’s a start. Um you know it was worse before. Hopefully we can continue to get some first round picks. It’s going to be tough but if we can find a way to get off this Terry Rosier contract, maybe Andrew Wiggins. This team this team got some money to spend for sure. Um we have a very young core. I think the oldest player on our team’s like 32 33. So, that’s pretty solid. So, once again, let me know in the comment sections what do you guys think. Also, it says Heat’s front office executive on DaVon Mitchell. Um, it says, “The minute DaVon arrived and we saw him on the floor, we knew he was going to be someone who stuck around.” Um, with DaVon, we knew right away he’s perfect with our guys in our mindset. And I’m going be honest with you, that whole Jimmy Butler trade was a mess. And DaVon technically wasn’t really part of the Jimmy Butler trade. It was like a third team trade. But getting this guy on our team has been absolutely amazing. I love DaVon on this team. No matter if he’s coming off the bench, no matter if he’s starting, he always brings that energy and that’s what you love. But not only that, you seen him approve. I mean, he wasn’t known as a scorer on the Kings really on the Toronto Raptors, too. He wasn’t. He was more known as that good on ball defender. Him being a pass, him being annoying sometimes scoring. But when he came to the Miami Heat, his scoring went all the way up to 10 to 11 points a game. His three-point shooting went all the way up. That’s what you like to see a player improve. We already know what he’s good at. Let’s improve on what you’re not great at. And he did that. So, I’m glad that he’s back. I’m glad that the front office brought him back. It just makes perfect sense. But once again, let me know what you guys think. And I know you guys were wondering who’s that top ball on or top on ball defender in free agency that the Heat have interest in. Well, it’s Gary Payeyton. Um, not the biggest name, but I don’t mind adding a player like Gary Payeyton. Having two pests on your team and Gary Payeyton, Davon Bitcho, another point guard technically in Gary Payton. He plays a small ball for if you like technically like that’s what the Warriors do. Obviously, he’s not guarding, but sometimes he could like he has the strength to do that, but his perimeter defense is absolutely amazing. He can shoot the three. Obviously, we all know he’s a top defender. You can put him in the dunking spot. There’s games where he’s going to go five for seven, 12 points, three rebounds, two steals, make a huge impact. Like, he’s definitely a solid addition if the Miami Heat can add him. The Miami Heat do have one roster spot open and available. So then I know a lot of people talking about Ben Simmons. Not a fan. I rather bring in Russell Westbrook, but it looks like that’s not happening. But a player like Gary Payeyton, there’s a reason why there’s several teams that have interest in him and they’re all contenders. The Heat. Well, the Lakers, the Bucks. You see what I’m trying to say? But once again, let me know in the comment sections. What do you guys think? with the Warriors last year averaged about 6.5 points a game, three rebounds, and 1.3 assists in 62 games played. Not bad. Also, um coming out with his Miami Heat assistant coach on added Norman Pal. He goes huge. One of the best scoring guards we had in the league over the last few years. He can get downhill off the bounce. He can play off guys as a shooter. He’s going to be awesome for us. And I, like I said, I’ve been preaching. I love this trade. I’m happy that he’s on his team. One of my main concerns was is he sacrificing? is he willing to come off the bench if we ask him. And he was perfect on his interviews, you know, obviously when he came here and says, “Listen, I love to play with Tyler and Bam. Like looking forward to it. I’ll come off the bench. I’ll start. I’ll do whatever.” And that’s what you want in a player that you trade for. You know what I mean? So, like I said, once again, looking forward to playing with Norman Pal. All the coaches excited about it. Norman’s excited about it. Texan D. Wayade. It’s going to be a good season for sure. And then lastly, it says Bleacher Report gives the Miami Heat a B for their off seasonason. It says the Heat are probably a playing team with a six seed sailing. Um, but they added some intriguing players with Promson playing suspend big no Tyler Harrow extension. Um, and the 2027 free agency and they kind of broke it down a little bit more, but Police Report never knows what they’re talking about.
