NBA LIVE! Golden State Warriors vs Utah Jazz | July 26, 2025 | Warriors vs Jazz 2K Preseason

front court matchup. Oh yeah, this should be a battle on the baseline. Great to watch skill bigs trade blows and show off what they can do down low. The start time trying to get their team ready against an opponent that moves the ball as often as both of these teams do tonight. All right, check it out. Golden State’s opening lineup. Curry and Pods make up the back court. Jimmy Butler out there with Green and it’s healed in at the three. Here’s Sensible defended by Pajki. It’s stolen by Green. I just don’t love the passing angle there. Might have been better to reset. Heel for three. Rebounded by Bailey. Here’s Sensible guarded by Heel. Collier. No good. And so it’s Green who brings up the ball for the Warriors. Back to Heel. Pass to Curry. Fires for three. The rebound by Markin. He didn’t make them pay for that weak defense, but they just can’t rely on him to miss those kind of shots. A rare miss for him at point blank range. That’s one he’d like to have back. And it’s in there. And Butler just taking that motion right through contact. First quarter, just over a minute played. Here’s Bailey guarded by Heel. Puts it up. Shots good by Collier. The Warriors have gone one for three so far. To the middle. Here’s Pensky. And there’s the slam dunk to finish it off. He almost brought the basket down on top of himself. Oh, there’s hang time. And then there’s a time to hang. Kesler a screen on heel. Here’s Bailey. Knocks down the triple. Defensively, you can’t afford to get stuck on the pick. That’s one that the coaches will watch tomorrow with that player. You hate to see him give up in that situation. Now here’s Heel outside. Curry. Spins. Scores off the spin. All those things that Steph does before the game and you think there’s no way he’s pulling those off in the game. Guess what? He’s pulling them off in the game. Well, the Jazz are one of just 10 NBA franchises to never win a championship. Greg, yeah, you know, it’s so hard to believe considering they have the fourth best winning percentage in NBA history. Think about it. If it weren’t for one Michael Jordan, they’d probably have two rings. And Steve Kerr calls timeout here. He’ll take the opportunity to regroup. here in the first. Just under two and a half minutes played so far. Now here’s Curry with a nine-footer. And again, it’s Golden State. Well, you give Curry a point length shot, that’s just too easy. Utah’s gone one of two from three-point land so far. And the foul called on Draymond Green. That’s his first foul. Pass to Collier. Kesler. A screen on Curry. Throws it up high and finished off by Kesler. And the lead just keeps changing hands. Five times already. And we still haven’t gotten out of the first half. And here’s Pajki. Now healed. Just five on the clock. The jump hook. Second shot opportunity. Oh, he got it with a pump fake, but he couldn’t finish. Markin it outside. First quarter of play and just over three and a half minutes in. And for a scorer as prolific as marketing, he doesn’t need the ball in his hands too often. So many of his scores come off assist. So just a great sense of when to get into space and become available. Utah shooting their first free throws. First trip to the line in this one. Shooting two. and he makes it first. You know, not too many teams have the stability of head coach as the Warriors have had, Brent. Well, I’m not sure there’s ever been a more perfect fit for a team than Steve Kerr with the Golden State Warriors. It has been a magical run in the Bay Area and you just look at the type of connectivity he has with his players and again how much joy these Warriors play with. Markin hits them both. Grant, a big reason for Utah to be excited about the future, their young head coach, Will Hardy. Yeah, BA. I mean, he’s had this team competitive after trading away both Mitchell and Gobear. And I love how Hardy has developed guys like Lorie Markin. Now, here’s Heel. One thing this Golden State team does very well is control the offensive glass, bro. Well, there’s been a lot of talk analytically, BA, about how advantageous it is to come in and swoop through to grab offensive rebounds. Golden State has bought into that philosophy. They also have guys who take a lot of long shots, so that’s long rebounds with a better chance of gaining an extra possession. So, some smart analytical play here from Golden State in the past couple seasons. And the first one at the line is good. And Heel is a player who you love to see take trips to the free throw line as consistent as he is there. Off on that one. So he goes one out of two at the line. The Jazz have gone four of six in the first quarter. The three is up. It’s rebounded by Golden State. Let’s go now to the sideline and catch up with Alli Leforce. I had a chance to catch up with Will Hardy. I asked him outright how he planned to deal with Steph Curry. How does anyone deal with him? Coach joked. She went on to say, “We try to contest every shot and chase him off the arc, but emphasis on try. Not easy to solve a problem with no good solution, I guess, BA.” Okay, thank you, Ally. Stephen Curry is still playing, but the debates have already started about where he ranks among the all-time greats. Bren Ba, it’s a matter of opinion, but if your opinion is that you shouldn’t be up there, shame on you. At 6’2, this guy is pound-for-pound maybe the best player that’s ever suited up in this league. Brent, you could hit the three back in your day and no doubt Stephen Curry is the best three-point shooter in league history. What makes him so good from deep? To me, BA, it comes down to the way that Steph goes about his habits in practice. If you ever watch footage of him in pregame warm-ups or in the offseason, there is so much variability in what he does in terms of preparing his feet and hands to shoot the basketball. There’s no one that practices the way that Steph does, and there’s no one that produces the way that he does either. And so, Will Hardy calls for the timeout. He wants to give him a breather and talk things over. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. And it’s Utah with the ball. They trail by one. fires from the wing. He’s looking good. Two buckets and three attempts. And boy, has this been a competitive matchup thus far. These teams have swapped leads seven times already and we’re not even in the second half. Now here’s Curry. Seven points in the game. Oh, Kesler with the block. Here’s Collier. He’s covered by Curry. Pass to Collier. Here’s Sensible. Markin with it and Green comes to help. Mark and misses. And so it’s Green who brings up the ball for the Warriors. Left side. Pajki. Now here’s Curry. Tightly guarded. puts up a three, drains the triple. Curry’s got 10 points. They keep capturing the lead, then giving it back. We’ll see if they can hold on to it this time. Well, you can tell they really want to increase this lead. They can’t keep letting them take it from him. Now, here’s Markin. Pass to Collier. Six on the shot clock and it’s out of bounds. Still Utah’s ball. And Green plays with tremendous edge on the defensive end of the floor. Three on the clock. The Jazz need to get one up in a hurry for three. Collier gets the three ball to go. Seven points in the game. Oh man, this has been an absolute battle in the first half. Each team trying to establish itself. The lead just keeps going back and forth. Here’s Post. No point so far. And it’s healed. Missing in transition. Here they come. Here’s Markin. Lays it up and banks it in. And Markin with some great hustle. You can see the coaching staff clapping it up. Warriors trail by three. Pass to Curry for three. And count it. Now five for seven. He’s consistent from out there, especially when you give him that kind of room. Utah has gone two for four from range to start things off to the inside. Here’s the ball. Oh, a nice onehanded slam right there. Now that’s how you capitalize on a screen. Yeah, good positioning, too. Gave him a clear path to the hoop. Really not enough help there. Lack of communication on the backside. Now here’s Pajki. Back to Curry. There’s the triple. Another three for Golden State. He can score on you in bunches. Curry doing it all in this one. And so Will Hardy calls for the timeout. He wants to make sure everybody’s on the same page. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Get that one. The Jazz have gone eight for 14 from the floor. Here’s Sensible. Pass to Collier. Uses the glass on the layup. Collier’s got nine. Good execution. They’re getting some short range looks here. Now here’s Curry. Tight defense on him. Outside. Heel. Let’s go with a three. Drills it from deep. Wow. He has a beautiful release on his shot right there. Just barely off of his fingertips and buttery soft. Here’s Sensible. Pass to Collier. Here’s Sensible. And a nice finish on the layup. Just can make it so much easier for your teammate when you throw that lead pass that gets to him right on the money. Whether that’s on the run or in the shooting pocket. Green finds Curry. Markin against heel to the paint. Here’s Post. Always a nice way to start. Makes his first one. And credit Buddy on that play. The correct read setting up his teammate. Utah trailing here. Pass to Sensall. And the rebound goes to the Warriors. Pajimsky with it. Down low, healed, and that one drops for him. He’s got six, but he’s showing more than just the fact that he’s a shooter. Working his way strength on the inside there. Here’s Philippowski. Green covering Kesler. A screen on Curry inside. Finished off by Kesler. And they keep trading punches. Both teams in a groove early. Who’s going to miss first? Every time one team scores, the other team right back at you. Now here’s Pachki. Outside. He lets the three fly and the three-pointer goes. He’s got nine. And you love how Heield is always ready with his feet set. Once the ball hits his hands, it’s off. Here’s Sensible defended by Pajki for three. Collier rebounded by Green. Green’s got four rebounds now. What a rookie year for Brandon Pajimsky. A seamless transition into the league. Talk about a guy who could come in and contribute right away. I remember the stretch last year. He had three straight games with double doubles without a turnover. That’s some heady play for a rookie. He’s got a great calmness and a great demeanor about him, but always willing to make the next play. and he drops the first. Yeah. So easy to root for Stephen Curry because of how much fun he seems to have on the floor. Embraces the competition but is able to laugh it off when something doesn’t go his way. A lot of things do though. Anderson’s checked in for Utah. George comes in for Sensar. And so Curry nails both of them. Two-part equation. You have to be aggressive enough to get to the line. then talented enough to sink him. Pass to George down low. Here’s Markinan. Easy jumper from very short distance. Give him eight. Combine Markin’s size and that soft touch makes him a constant threat inside the painted area. That’s why they call him the finisher. Now here’s Curry. He’s got 18. It’s never easy from that distance, but we see him drill those and shoot around all the time. Oh, no. I know he can make it, but that’s warm-ups, so maybe just a step too far. The three gets held in by Collier. Jazz trail by five and he’ll draw the foul. He’ll head to the line for two. It’s on Stephen Curry. And there’s no question George can fill it up. For him, it’s about focusing on shooting good percentages. First trip to the free throw line for him in this one. Shooting two. And he knocks down the first one. both good from the line that time. There’s 48 seconds left in the first quarter. Now Curry to the inside. Here’s Post and it’s good. Assisting on the play was Curry. That’s how you run the pick and roll. You have to respect Stephing the ball and then he just slices the D up with the pass. George outside three-pointer sends it home from three-point land. George has got five points. Easy look when the defender isn’t fighting over the screen. Yeah, the coach over there just asking for one simple thing and that’s some effort got burned on that one. Just two seconds between the shot clock and the game clock. Here’s Curry. Good. Now seven for 11 on the night. Steph, burning you on the inside’s not part of the game plan. It’s almost pick your poison trying to guard him. Now here’s marketing. Oh, and the release was before the buzzer, but it’s off target. Stephen Curry getting it done for the Warriors. He was dominant this quarter, scoring in bunches. All right, stick around. And we’ll be right back after this. Hope you’ve enjoyed the broadcast so far. Halfway through the first half in this one. Let’s get a quick check of the scoring breakdown here for the Warriors. Yeah, their early focus on outside scoring has paid off. They’re finding plenty of points from three-point land. Getting to the inside is really important, but it’s how close you can get to the basket. It feels like these guys are all around the rim in their attack tonight. We’ve got Keonte George, Lori Markin out there with Kyle Anderson. Then it’s Fislav Mail and it’s Philippowski in at center filling out the middle. That’s the group for Utah getting going in the second. Now here’s Curry and he’s going to the line for two. The officials saw contact while he was going up. Well, Grant, you played on some very tight-knit teams. Talk to us about chemistry. Well, BA, you know, in some sports, chemistry is not a big issue, but in basketball, it is huge. You have to trust and believe in your teammates, and it has to be a unit, not five separate individuals. And that one falls for Curry. A different look for Utah. Hendrickx has checked in for Larry Markin. And Bailey subbed in for Mkyuk. That’s also good. So, he hits both free throws. Jazz trail by six. George feels it out a bit. Pass to Bailey. No one near him. And the rebound goes to the Warriors. I admire the play call. They just couldn’t capitalize. Yeah, an efficient offensive possession. They found the look that they wanted. Just didn’t go in. Oh, not the defensive effort they need to cut into the lead. Boy, good call. You have to at least try to protect the rim. Good job to recognize the opportunity. That’s just very solid offense. And we’ve got a timeout called by Will Hardy. He wants to review the game plan. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. All right, the Jazz making a change here. Nerk just checked in. Jazz trail by eight. George outside. There’s a screen by Nerkach. George against Curry. Pass to Hendrickx. Six to shoot from the arc. Bailey shot is off. The Warriors lead by eight. Jackson Davis’s screen. The three is up. It’s rebounded by George. And this is exactly who you want taking that shot. You just missed it. Bailey the pass to Anderson. Here’s Bailey. Moody defends. There’s a screen by Nerkage. That three is off the mark. Golden State has gotten five of 11 threes to drop so far in this game. Outside Curry shoots over George. A chance to push it to double digits, but it’s off the mark. Jazz trail by eight. Anderson passes to Bailey. Two minutes now played in the second quarter and the bucket is good. They’re punishing those late defensive rotations, getting good looks inside throughout the half. Utah shooting their fifth attempt at the line in the game. Find the length. Find the length. One shot. The Warriors lead by five. Pass to Santos. Outside Curry. The three. That won’t go either for Curry. The Jazz have gotten only one of four shots to go in. Here’s Bailey. Moody defends and Bailey gets it to go. Bailey’s got six here in the quarter. Yeah, here’s a list of things I don’t want to do. And right at the top is Gorda. Here in quarter two, we played a little over 2 and 1/2 minutes now. Pass to Curry. Clock at six. Wow. Curry takes the hit and finishes inside. And that’s Curry showing some of that toughness. Not going to shy away from contact. Here’s Hrix still without a bucket. Fires from the line. Hits the rim on the way in and the bucket is good. Clearly defensive miscue there. If there’s not a body on him that’s sitting at the mid-range, that’s a defensive mistake. All right, time for an injury report. Thanks. I caught up with the head athletic trainer for the Jazz. Called the injury a lower back bruise and said he’s very stiff at the moment. All right, Ally, thank you. Sadly, that’s not the news fans were hoping for, guys. Definitely not. Seems like he’s got a long tough road ahead of him. Yeah, and this makes it particularly rough for this team. Other teammates now are going to have to step up and it seems like it’s going to be an extended period of time. So, not easy to do. The Warriors lead by four. Pass to Moody. And here’s Curry from deep three-point range. Rebounded by Nerkage. Well, that’s not a shot he’s ever going to pass up. And he shouldn’t. Despite the miss, no defender anywhere near him. He’s got to shoot that one. Here’s Bailey. And at last, they get one to fall. Bailey’s got 13. such a big part of what he does for this team. Just work and work on the boards, generate second chance opportunities, and hopefully convert. Now, here’s Curry. 24 points for him. Moody from outside that drops and it comes off an assist from Curry. Moody’s got his first bucket of the game and he’s on the board for three. George against Curry. Pass to Bailey from deep and the rebound goes for the Warriors. Here’s the three. Can’t get his first shot of the game to fall. Jazz trail by five. And here’s Anderson. Hasn’t gotten one to fall yet. Here’s Bailey. Launches a three and no good. He’s cold from distance here in the second quarter. may want to try a different approach moving forward outside Curry. High arcing shot. Count the basket. Now it’s a seven-point Warrior lead. Like to see it when Steph has the confidence to try the floater. Just over the top of the defense and that soft touch and it goes. Now here’s George. He’s got five. Pass to Nerkach. Here’s Bailey. Soft touch off the glass. Bailey’s got 12 points now in the quarter. Now that’s the kind of passing right there that makes a difference not just in that possession, but maybe on your play for the entire game. He was all alone on that one. And the Warriors lead by seven. So fast off the catch. Curry sometimes downright impossible to guard. And let’s send it over to Alli Leforce. Brian, the Warriors play a unique style predicated on passing and cutting off the ball. Stephen Curry said the main goal is to just force the defense to make as many decisions as you can. So with all that ball movement and body movement, they’re going to mess up at some point. Brian, well, it helps having a weapon like Stephen Curry. Thanks, Ally. That’s a clever attack from Curry just finding an angle and he gets around the defender towards the basket. Pass to George. Here’s Bailey. 15 points in the game. Here’s Nerkach. Count it. One for one to start the game. You know, Nerkitz has such a big wide body. It’s best if he uses it to help free up some guys on the screen. Curry from deep three-point land and he can’t extend the lead to double digits. Jazz trail by seven. George passes to Anderson and so he draws the foul headed to the line to shoot a pair. Kyle Anderson getting physical with the defense that time that helps him draw the contact. Utah shooting their sixth and seventh free throw shots in the game. shooting two. First free throw is good. Tough to match up with Kyle Anderson because of how quirky he plays. Changing speeds, plays slow, but sees the floor remarkably well. He does not get the second one. Grant, when you look at Draymond Green’s career, you think he’s going to the Hall of Fame? You know, BA, I believe so. He’s won multiple titles and we know how impactful he has been as a defender and distributor especially. I think we’ll see him in Springfield one day. Here’s Collier and his fifth basket now. Five for eight. Looking comfortable out there. The Warriors lead by seven. Green. The pass to Heel. Now here’s Moody. It’s Pajimsky on the wing. Shot clock at six. Healed for three. It’s held in by Sensible. Utah’s gone just one of six from the perimeter here in the second. Lays it up and in on a nice reverse. Sensible has got six. Oh, just an easy reverse for him. He is nice feeling touch around the bucket outside Green. Healed on the wing. Stolen by Anderson. And the Jazz pushing it up now. Markin. Oh, he hangs in there and cashes in on the second chance points. He’s got 10. A sharp steel and some quick offense. Cuts it down to a onep possession game. Well done. Here’s He that one a tad offline, but it drops in for him and the Warriors lead by five. Good job in the mid-range, Buddy. Heel getting squared up and scores. Pass to sensible ball and Green comes to help and finished off by Kesler making sure of it with the two hand slam. Ba. Yeah, I don’t blame him. With the score this tight, you cannot take a chance here. Outside Pajimski Green with a screen on Markin. Here’s Pajki. The shot no good. Jazz trail by three. Here’s Collier. 11 points in the game. And it goes out of bounds. That one off Green. And you got to be in awe of incredible defensive efforts like this. Oh, terrific defensive intensity right there. Getting stops like that is crucial for them right now. He’s checked in for Anderson. Here’s Philippowski. He’s scoreless to the wing right side for three. Collier and that bucket makes him six for 10 in the contest. Easy look when the defender isn’t fighting over the screen. Yeah, the coach over there just asking for one simple thing and that’s some effort. Got burned on that one. Now here’s heel. 11 points in the game. There’s a minute 54 left in the second and they’ll get another chance. It’s good. Pajimski’s got seven points in the game. Offensive rebounding is all about wanting it. Fantastic effort there leading to second chance points. Markin it outside. A chance there to take the lead. What a miss. Pajimky with it. He’s got seven and it’s blocked by Kesler and they’re able to recover. Buries it from three. Five points in the game. Jazz trail by five. Pass to Kesler and he got the whistle on the way up. So he’ll be headed to the line for a pair. It’s going to go on Draymond Green. Take a break. Take a break. Two shots. And he can’t get the first one. And he sinks the second. The Warriors lead by four. Now Pajimski. 52 seconds left to play in the first half of basketball. Well, mid-range is where he makes the money. So when the D’s slow to get out on them, always surprising to see him miss from there. Here’s Collier. He’s got 14. Pass to Marketin from deep. Yes, Markin from deep. Well, it’s not a secret that Minan can stroke it from long distance. And that ability, that’s going to help open up the floor for his teammates. 8sec difference between the shot clock and game clock. And he gets that one. And the Warriors lead by three. Well, the analytics would say take either that shot or something from downtown. 16 seconds left in the first half of this one. Pass to Sensible and here’s Kesler. Just five to shoot. Here’s Collier. Launches it. Fires in the triple. Collier’s got 17 points and the first half comes to a close in a tie game. We’ll see you after halftime for the beginning of the third quarter. And we’re halfway through this one. Plenty of basketball left in a game that’s been a fairly even one. Stephen Curry having a dominant impact in this game. And the bulk of his production has been generated along the perimeter. Yeah, he keeps tracking down those spots behind the three-point line and and finding some open opportunities and it’s Green with the ball for Golden State kicking off the second half. Here’s Steve Kur five. Curry and Pods make up the back court. Buddy Heield is out there with Jimmy Butler and it’s Green in at the five down low. Now here’s Heel. Six to shoot. Green a screen from 18 ft away. Utah grabs a miss. Here’s Sensible. Cranked it in off the glass. Give him eight. in a tight game. They wanted to make sure of that possession. The Warriors trailing. Heel finds Curry and a minute played as the second half gets going. Off target at the rim. Here’s Collier. Pass to Sensible. Fires the three. Another three for Utah. He’s going to punish you if you leave him open. He’s more than willing to take the open three when he’s got it. Now here’s Pensky outside heel. Takes the three. Oh, Jimmy Butler cashing in from distance. I love how competitive Jimmy Butler is. You know he’s not going to let the opposition get the best of him. Pass to Sensible. Markin looking it over and he can’t answer back. The three-pointer offline. The Warriors have gone just one of three in the second half. Can’t cash it in from close range. The Jazz have got two of three from the floor in this third quarter. And he’s going for the love and it’s out of bounds to the Jazz as Utah retains possession. Nice deflection there. Really trying to disrupt their offensive flow. Yeah, appreciate the work right now on the defensive end. 2 minutes into the second half of play now. Kesler a screen. They get the rebound. Got it. Kesler’s got nine points. That’s how you draw it up right there. A screen to shed the defense. A quick move to the bucket and you get the layin. Pass to Pajimski. Heel for three. Rebounded by the Jazz. Markin’s got rebound number five here tonight with the drive. Here’s Bailey and he banks in the layup. He’s got 17. Have to take care of the defensive boards better than that. Yeah, you just can’t afford to give up second chance opportunities again and again. Now here’s Curry. 30 points in the game. He shoots. Jump shot is good that time. Curry’s got 32 points in the game. Steph such an ideal pick and roll guy. The threat of the long ball always there. So whether he’s shooting or passing, the defense has a hard time keeping up. And we’ve got a timeout called by Will Hardy. He’s going to gather the troops and talk it over. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Here’s Bailey. He’s got 17. Marketing up top forcing the issue. Marketing and Markin really that time going strong. Warriors trail by six. Pass to Pajimski. Lets a floater go. Kesler with a rebound. Kistler’s got six rebounds now in the game. Here’s Bailey. Guarded by Heel. Here’s Bailey. Buries it down low. Bailey’s got four points now in the quarter. Since halftime, they have been efficient and effective making coach very happy. Well, the thing is they’re controlling the pace right now. And if that was the mantra for them at halftime, they’ve carried it out. outside. Curry. Look at Chef Curry cooking it up inside all the way to the bucket. No resistance. Just swiped the candy from him. Pass to Collier. kicks it out to Markin. Here’s Collier. He’s got 17. Clock at four. Kesler. A screen on Curry for three. Collier. Warriors with the rebound. Green’s got his seventh rebound of the game with that last one. Let’s talk about Draymond Green for a moment. Certainly one of the most outspoken players in the league, Brent. Well, Draymond has never held back, whether he’s talking about his opinion or the way that he sees the game, which is remarkable and a revelation to his intelligence as a defender on the floor. Draymond Green has been special on the defensive end throughout his career. All right, let’s get a report from Alli. Hey, Brian. No surprise here. Stephen Curry hopes to be a warrior for life. He said, “Being a part of a group of legends that have played for one franchise, established a culture and won at the highest level and did it with a lot of different roster combinations. I don’t ever take that for granted.” Brian, what a run. Yeah, it is a great run and he’s been the foundation. Ally, thank you. George, he’s checked in for Sensall. Moody’s checked in for the Warriors on the wing. Curry from outside the arc. Oh, Curry just nasty from downtown. I mean, just so easy for Curry to get that three off. Beautiful shot. Pass to Kesler and finished off by Kesler. His big time on the rim puts a sweet cherry on top. PA, it’s a close game and those displays of explosiveness can jumpst start a team. Back to Curry for the tie. Rebounded by Bailey. Cass leading by three. Pass to Kesler. Here’s Markin. Kesler. A screen on Curry. Bailey. Shot is off. The Warriors have gotten five of 12 shots to drop in the third. Shot left block. No good. Off the glass. Utah has gone just one of five from three-point range here in the third quarter. Now here’s George. Moody defends. Now here’s Kesler. He’s got 11. Markin outside. Fires from deep. It’s rebounded by Golden State. But Jimky’s got five rebounds tonight. outside. Moody this one for three. Curry shot is off. Utah leading to the right side for three. Collier counted now. Eight for 13 with that basket. Kind of like playing in a wreck league. Little to no defense on that possession and the easiest three-pointer you can imagine. Here’s Moody. and he comes up with a bucket. Moody’s got five now and it’s Utah with the ball. Pass to market in. Here’s Collier. Green with the defensive effort. Warriors trail by four. Left side. Pajimski and the foul is called. He missed it. So he’s got a couple of free throws coming his way. That one on Kesler. Yeah, you never want to let shots at the rim go uncontested. And a moment to look at the scoring approach in terms of where the points are coming from here for the Jazz. Yeah, all game long they had great energy leading to ample second chance opportunities and they converted. You also have to admire the way they’ve gotten out and run in transition and they’ve run wide. They’ve run their lanes. They’ve been doing it with a great pace and that’s produced some easy scores. First free throw is good. Both shots good from the strike. The Jazz have gone eight of 15 in the third quarter. Markin outside to the paint. Kesler down low working on Green. Kesler finds George. Clock at six. So it’ll be two free throws. He was fouled in the act of shooting. Man, the defender really went after him. That’s good from George. George hits them both. Warriors trail by four. Pass to Green 43. They get it back. It’s Pajki on the wing outside. Moody tries again. Look at Curry shake it off the contact. Steph with a great job there of just getting to the in one opportunity, the timing of his shot and knowing when the defense is coming at him to draw contact. And this is his fourth trip to the free throw line tonight. ISKI, he’s checked in for Utah. Anderson comes in for Bailey. Find the lane. Find the lane. One shot. A tight game here in Utah. Here’s Collier. 20 points for him. Warriors with the rebound. He may not be the strongest inside presence, but still he’s got to convert from there. Curry uses the glass to finish the layup. Curry’s got 42 in the game, and it’s amazing. Neither team has been able to hold the lead for any length of time. Yeah, these guys are leaving it all on the floor tonight. Here’s Collier from 11 ft away and down it goes. Two points. Collier’s got 22. Golden State has gone two of six from downtown here in the second half. Back to Curry. There’s the three. It all comes down to this possession. They must get points. You can’t make any mistakes right here if you want to keep Hope alive. Their execution has to be precise. Got to get the ball to your scorers and Lowry Markin is one of them. Now here’s Curry. He’s covered closely. 51 seconds left in the fourth quarter of this one. And Jimmy Butler with the three. Really feels like they’re in control. They’ve got a big lead with time dwindling. Yeah. Looking for a miracle worker out there is the opposing coaching staff. I don’t know that they have one. This game seems to be well in hand. And Utah calls time here. 46 seconds left in the fourth quarter here. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Let’s get him Here’s Sensible Ball. Pass to Bailey. Gets stolen by Heel from 17. That’s short off the rim. And they have to know that any hope of a comeback is gone. Well, realistic at this stage of the game. They’re going to lose this one. He hits the first one and that trims the lead to six. Markin hits them both. 23 seconds left in the fourth quarter. And so they choose to intentionally foul. We’ve got 22 seconds left in the game. And an intentional foul right there. shooting two. So, the first one drops and that increases the lead to six. Second one is good. Getting both at the line and it’s a seven-point game. Yeah, the lead getting safer and safer as these free throws from the stripe go in. Utah calls timeout. They’re losing by seven. All right, guys. What’s your take? Too little, too late. And another miss by Utah. And so it’s Curry with it. He brings it up for Golden State. They’ve led by as much as 10. And so it’s Golden State winning this one.
