Uh and it’s not what AK wants to do. It’s not how AK wants to operate. He wants to stay competitive. He wants to stay at this playin level and try and add pieces that you can build on to that team to help you get higher into the playoffs. He doesn’t want to go backwards. I I think the entire time we’ve kind of known that the Bulls want to bring Giddy back. I think the question mark that the Bulls probably have is is the second half of this season, you know, the real Josh Giddy or is more of the first half of the season if somebody else steps up, which to me either way, right? Like maybe your expectation or or what they want Josh Giddy to be is not a 30 million dollar player.

I believe these statistics below speak of a character as much as the numbers and by no means is this a comprehensive list of achievements for Josh Giddey now only 22 year old.
On 11 January 2024, Giddey logged 13 points, 10 rebounds and 12 assists in 22 minutes against the Portland Trail Blazers. In doing so, he became the first player in NBA history to post a triple-double on 100% field-goal accuracy in under 25 minutes
Giddey is the youngest player in NBA history to record a triple-double, having done so at 19 years, 84 days old.
He also became the first rookie since Hall of Famer Oscar Robertson in 1961 to record three consecutive triple-doubles.
Josh Giddey became the first and only player in NBA history to record a triple-double in each of his first THREE games at the hallowed Madison Square Garden. Wilt Chamberlin (1968) is only other player to get TWO

– 28 points, 11 rebounds, 12 assists (this game he lead an undermanned team of rookies to a great win)
– 24 points, 10 rebounds, 12 assists
– 16 points, 13 rebounds, 12 assists
Josh Giddey has played 5 career games at Madison Square Garden, where he has achieved some impressive stats. In those games, he's recorded 100+ points, 50+ rebounds, and 45+ assists, making him one of only three players to achieve this feat at the current MSG (opened in 1968). He joins NBA legends Larry Bird and Magic Johnson as the only players to accomplish this.

The real problem is you have an owner who historically been stingy, who refused to pay Scottie Pippen one of the 75 greatest player. He was blessed to have the 🐐 and the MJ didn’t really need the money because his endorsements far far exceed his paycheck with the Bulls.

The bulls front office needs to stop playing hardball and get him signed and other players to a contract before the season starts and get the best deal possible for everyone and put together the best players on the court and bench for a long battle for the eastern conference and build on that journey for success
