Portland Trail Blazers TRADE Deni Avdija To The Oklahoma City Thunder? | NBA Trade Rumors

So, could the Portland Trailblazers be trading away Denny Avida to the Oklahoma City Thunder this 2025 NBA off seasonason? Well, here on the screen is a trade proposal or a trade idea from fadeawayorld.net. The link to this article is down below in case you want to go ahead and check it out for yourself. But this trade would see the Oklahoma City Thunder receiving Denny Avida and the Portland Trailblazers receiving Isaiah Joe AJ Mitchell a 2029 first round draft pick from Denver and a 2031 first round draft pick from OKC. So in my personal opinion, a very underrated trade for the Thunder to make that actually would pay off tremendously well in my opinion. Denny Avida is actually a really awesome player uh that that I think that Portland Trailblazers fans really do like and you know want to keep on their team. He’s only 24 years old and this guy has shown signs of getting better each and every season. This past year in Portland he put him you know he had about 17 points per game, seven rebounds and just under four assist. Uh shot 47 and a half% from uh the field and just overall had some really good numbers. So, for a 24 year old player, I don’t think it’s in the best interest for the Trailblazers to make this s sort of trade. Now, I know that uh they would be getting back some decent assets here. Isaiah Joe, AJ Mitchell, not bad players. You know, first round draft capital, which could be good potentially uh five or four and six years down the road, respectively. Is that in the best interest for a 24 year old entering his prime showing signs of getting better? I really don’t think so. So I think from the Blazers perspective, this is not nowhere close to as good as I would say uh the value would have to be for Denny Avida to be traded. Now from the Thunder perspective, this would be robbery. This would be theft. This would be the rich getting richer. And I love this move from Oklahoma City’s perspective. It makes their team a lot better without giving up too much in return. And he’s only 24 years old. Keep that in mind. He fits the timeline of this of this Thunder team tremendously well. And this would just be one heck of a trade for Sam Pressie to make in Oklahoma City. So I think without a doubt to me the winner of this deal would be the Oklahoma City Thunder. But as always, leave your thoughts.
