Lindy Waters III SIGNS 1-YR DEAL With The San Antonio Spurs!

What up? It’s your boy Wall Street and I’m back. Got more Hoops news for you all. And today we’re going to talk about Lindy Waters III because the San Antonio Spurs have signed him to a one-year deal. And I like Lindy Waters III. I think he’s a very solid player. He hasn’t really gotten too much of an opportunity yet in the NBA to really show what he can do. Um, but he’s shown some flashes and, um, he’s really, I think, just an asset to the Spurs in terms of his three-point shooting. Um, he’s a solid free throw shooter. Um, but he has a career average of about 36.6% from three across 156 games. He’s spent some time with the Oklahoma City Thunder, the Golden State Warriors, and the Detroit Pistons. So, I think it just adds, you know, a little bit of, you know, shooting to the Spurs roster. Um, I wouldn’t say that anyone on this team is really a marksman, right? You know, you have Dear Fox, you have Dylan Harper, you have Devin Vel, you have Harrison Barnes, um, you have Kell Johnson, Stefan Castle. All these guys are very good offensive players, but not I wouldn’t necessarily consider the majority of them three-point marksmen, right? Harrison Barnes is a great three-point shooter. Devin Vaccell is a great three-point shooter. Um, but adding Lindy Wires the third just gives you even more shooting prowess. And what team in the league is not looking for guys that can shoot the basketball, especially from deep. So, I think this is a good move. Um, I’m not sure exactly if they’re trying to get anything else kind of going here. Um, I know they had like I think they had 13 players on their roster before they signed Lindy. So, now they got 14. So, I think they do have one more available roster spot. We’ll see what happens. But Lindy Wars III going to the San Antonio Spurs and teaming up with Victor Wanyama and Co.
