Zach LaVine’s Untradeable Contract: Are the Kings stuck?

they finding anything? I mean, is it Lavine appears to me as at least right now a literally like untradable contract? Like there if they went around the league and said we will take literally anything in return other than more salary long term, but we will take whatever you want to get back give back to to to get rid of Zack Lavine. No disrespect to him, it’s just his contract. Am I right in thinking there’s just no takers? There’s no room. There’s no money for Zack Lavine. Yeah. No. And I I don’t know all the talks obviously, but I I would presume that it’s you’re you’re having to attach assets to get off that deal, and they’re not looking to do

The Athletic’s Sam Amick says the Sacramento Kings have attempted to find a taker for Zach LaVine’s contract, but to no avail.

  1. Stuck? He’s the best player we have gotten blessed with since Hali of Demarcus. Give him a season please next to kuminga. I wanna keep derozen too but probably need to trade him for kuminga

  2. Why get rid of him when he can absolutely cook defenses? He's a vet, crazy athletic, and technically gifted, has a 3 point shot that Fox never developed, and he has had a full off-season to gel with the amazing (yea I said it) talent around him. He's had injuries in the past, but last year he was healthy and played very well. If teams around the league don't want him, let's make them want him. Watch the narrative change when he's averaging over 25 a game on healthy splits, and the kings are WINNING ball games. This team isn't as broken as everyone plays it out to be. There's still work to do with this roster, but there's also a ton of talent with a healthy mixture of respected vets, role players, and young talent. Doug has a full off-season with the guys to build the chemistry. He knows Sacramento and he's a student of the game. We're in good hands.
I'm glad everyone is gloom and doom, because the kings perform better when everyone counts them out.
