Ultimately, what we’re looking for from Fron is to be a reliable and confident three-point shooter. What didn’t work with Fron last year, what didn’t work with Fran Vagner was that he seemed to lose his confidence. We can debate whether there was a hitch in a shot and and look, it was pretty clear that there was something different about the way that he was shooting. He started passing up three-pointers toward the end of last season. He lost faith in his shot. And Fron, I think there is some mechanical things that he’s working on, but Fran would be the first to tell you that, yeah, he gets in his own head a little bit too much. He’s very hard on himself, and that was a big big factor last season for the Magic.
