Houston now has a superstar presence to guide their talented young core. Miles Turner joins the Milwaukee Bucks after several strong seasons in Indiana. His rim protection and floor spacing will fit well in Buck’s defensive system. Drew Holiday is on the move again. This time landing with the Portland Trailblazers, he brings elite perimeter defense and playoff experience to a young team. Chris Paul joins the Clippers again, leaving San Antonio place where he shined the most and will probably end his career. Brook Lopez is hitting to the Clippers as well to provide size and shooting. He is a veteran center who can anchor the defense and hit threes. Mark Williams is moving to Phoenix in a swap. The Suns gain a young athletic center with upside for the future. Chris Taps Porzingis has been traded to the Atlanta Hawks. His unique combination of size and shooting brings a new dynamic to Atlanta’s offense. Clint Capella is returning to Houston in a reunion with his former team. He’ll provide rebounding and pick and roll defense alongside their young guards. Dylan Brooks is also going to the Suns, adding grit and defense. His intensity will help reshape the team’s identity. Jaylen Green joins Phoenix from the Rockets.
