The bulls being willing to offer Pwill nearly 20 mil but only value giddy at about 20 mil lets us know everything we need to know about their competency. How do you make sense of that?
Doug while I respect your passion for the game. The fact you said Luka, the most one-dimensional young "star" in todays awful league has a chance to be a top 10 great says how little you know about the history of the game. I mean I know you weren't fortunate to watch the Bulls pre MJ as an adult, but damn.
If you're going to speak in historical context, then please, do your homework. The historical lack of the fraudulent modern era of basketball is laughably bad. The ratings don't lie, but those who get paid to push its relevance do.
The stats complied from today's "stars" are so dramatically over inflated there is NO way to compare in an intellectually honest manner regarding proper historical context.
Even Joker who is one of the very few reasons to turn on an NBA gm. Even he can't fully be compared statistically in an intellectually honest manner due to the stat padding of a league that is now designed to be damn near defenseless.
The league is broken. If Luka Vandross can somehow become an all time great, then that shows just how far the journalistic integrity of the game has fallen.
Or how very low the modern bar of greatness is actually set nowdays. âď¸
