HOUR 3: Blockbuster Trade brings Georges Niang back to the Utah Jazz | Sports Roulette | No Start…

Number one, miss any part of the show. Every moment of every show is available in podcast form by searching Hans and Scotty on your favorite podcasting platform or online at kslsports.com. This is Hance Olsen and Scotty G on 975, the KSL Sports Zone. Breaking, breaking, breaking news. Let’s go. Let’s do this. Best news I’ve seen in a while. come across the old Twitter machine. Yes, Shams has got news on a Utah Jazz draft or a trade. Here we go. The Boston Celtics are trading. Wait for it. Wait for it. George Nang and two future second round picks to the Utah Jazz for rookie RJ Lewis Jr. Let’s do this. Gorgeous George is back. By the way, the best nickname you’ve ever come up with. Yeah, I love it, man. And he is a breath of fresh air. He brings energy. He brings reality. He brings fun. At the very least, he’ll be a sound bite and brings some excitement. I know that there’s going to be a lot of losing that happens in 2025. I know that. You know, um, and David Lockach was the first one to fall into this theory where this dude, wherever he goes, teams get better. Remember the glory years of Rudy Gobear and Donovan Mitchell, George Niang. Yeah, George Niang goes somewhere, the locker room immediately gets better and winning usually follows. Now, look, I’m This roster is what it is. I’m not. Let’s But when you talk about the value of a locker room guy, a guy that everybody’s friends with, that makes the place a little looser, a little bit more fun, um, but still plays with a high level of intensity, I don’t think that really shows up in a lot of uh, nerdy stats. But does it matter? Absolutely yes. And I think he’s good for the growth and development of these guys, these youngsters that are coming in here and playing for the Jazz. Did it say what they gave up? Um, so the Jazz, uh, a big fat trade exception created from the John Collins trade. So, uh, and then RJ Luis Jr. undrafted. Undrafted, by the way. And the Jazz also get George Niang and two second round picks. Uh, Boston’s moving salary. They’re moving numbers is what they’re doing. And the Jazz are helping them assist with that. and I might add picking up a fan favorite. George Niang was good for 10 points, four rebounds, and two assists last year for the Boston Celtics. Uh played in 79 games. Yeah, I think this should be celebrated. Average 21 minutes a game. Yeah, let’s go. Let’s go. Uh, we are going to find a way to get Gorgeous Georges on this show on the regular. I know you and you and him did some uh did some commercial work together. Yeah. And uh so you know him well and uh he’s going to be we are going to find a way to make him a part of the show. Got to man. Because we got to do something for the jazz season. Yeah, we got to have And and by the way, if anybody can have fun with this upcoming season, it’s going to be George Ning. What does this mean for Kyle Philpowski? I don’t even know like what angle to like usually I’ve got a fun angle to come at you with. Yeah. But this it’s like, “All right, George, come in. Lighten the mood, bud.” Yeah. Because that’s where you’re really needed. Everybody needs to have the mood lightened up a little bit here with the Utah Jazz. Wow. How about this? This is crazy. So, the Jazz acquiring George Nyang with part of the $26.6 million trade exception they got on the John Collins trade. Nyang is on an expiring $ 8.2 million contract. That means the Celtics tax bill will drop from 73 million to 30 million because of the apron that they’re at and the penalties. That’s going to save them $43 million. They’re now 10 million below the second apron and 1.7 million over the first. That’s kind of wild. Yeah, because that put him over the second apron because Nying is now out. That saves them the second apron penalty. He was here with the Utah Jazz for four years, but didn’t really get active until his second year. Played 59 games. His final year with the Utah Jazz played in 72 games, averaged seven points, three rebounds, and an assist a game. Yep. All right. Hands and Scotty. By the way, Kehani Sitakei addressing the media after BYU practice earlier today. Let’s listen in. Today really good. We had some live work with the ones, the twos, and the threes and um situational work. So, a lot of good things. Uh first time in full pads, so that was it was good to get some tackling in, get some tackling drills, all that stuff. So, um we’re pleased with the way the team’s working. Obviously, we had some mistakes. Uh just make sure those mistakes don’t show up to tomorrow and show up in the next practice. That’s going to be the goal. And we I don’t expect us to not make any mistakes in practice, but I I expect us to fix them and make sure that they’re not occurring every time. So, but I I think that that’s a given when you have uh what our defense is doing. We had a couple false starts and um you know had had the ball on the ground and a a bad snap, but other than that, I think those are very fixable items. Got to go see how we did everybody doing their 111th. So, what questions do you guys have for me? Is there a quarterback that’s starting to separate themselves at all? No, they’re all playing at a high level, all of them. And so, that’s a that’s a good sign. Um makes it more difficult. We asked them to make it difficult for us. And so, uh, they’re doing that and we just got to keep giving them, uh, situational work like today and some live work even though the quarterbacks aren’t live. Um, kind of seeing them the decision-m process for them. Are they making great decisions and and and uh, really difficult times, you know? Colani, with the situation with Pokeai, are you concerned now with your running back depth? No, I mean, we we’ve had the deep group for a while now. We’re still waiting on what happens with Fowl with Hinckley and so um but I feel really confident with the the rest of the guys obviously um the entire group but we moved Preston Rex over there and he’s getting some good work and um Siona is doing great there so I think we’ll be in a good spot. So outside of uh Chase there’s not a ton of experience in the wide receiver group. How do you feel they’re coming along? Yeah Parker’s got a lot of experience. I mean I think you know Jojo’s got get more but um they’re going to be fine. The talent’s there. It’s just putting it all together and making sure they’re learning our our um our system. It’s the new guys like uh you know, Reggie and and um and Cody, but Cody’s Cody’s been here, so I think he’s adapting really well. It’s just a matter of getting him, you know, shaking the mission legs off and I think he’s got him. He looks he looks like the kid that ran routes in Corner Canyon. So, I’m excited to see him. I thought he had a really good day today. Um the rest of the guys are doing great. Chase and Chase is leading the group and I think that there’s a lot of talent there. They just need to get used to our system and and Fessie’s expectations. Are you hoping for week two? Um, what do you want to see as far as getting better? Yeah. Well, we got a lot we live now. So, you know, last week it was a more of we’re we’re kind of acclimating to to the to the game with pads on. And now we’re going to be, you know, other than we had shoulder pads and helmets, but now we’re going to be in full gear quite a bit. And I’ve said this before, we we I don’t know any other way to get better at football other than practicing it and and having those sparring sessions. And so today was a good amount of live work. I’m sure guys got banged up, but that’s okay. We just got to keep rolling with it. There’s also scrimmage this weekend. Do you hope that that’ll bring some separation in the quarterback battle? Yeah, I think I mean every every everything makes everything matters and so factors into it. Um obviously that scrimmage we’re going to have a full ref crew there. So um they’re going to be at the stadium so I imagine the guys are going to going to be ready for that and be excited. We’re trying to simulate what a game will be like and um that I think that’ll be a good moment for them. But it all matters right now. You talk about playing bad snap. How concerned are you with has that been an issue throughout camp? some bad snaps from Bruce to Kyle. No, I think it’s hard when you have number 57 lining up right head up on you. So, that makes things I mean, we’ve had some really good DTackles do that to to centers and so uh he’ll get used to it. It’s just hard when you’re when you have a beast in front of you that you have to snap the ball and you have to move and and keep him away from the quarterback or away from the ball carrier. So, that’s a that’s a hard task. Um but Bruce will be fine. I mean, it was it was it was one snap today that was that was errant. Other than that, it was a perfect day for him. And to follow up on on Tanavasa, you know, seeing him with pads, how impressive you’ve been with with him in camp with pads now on. Yeah, I mean, he’s he’s always been an explosive player, but seeing him work with um Cion and with Gary and with Jay in the system, uh I think I think we’re leaning on his his leadership. He’s done a great job um getting the energy up. I you guys saw the end of practice. The defense has been like that every practice that he’s been involved. So, uh, I think it’s it’s it’s the things that he does off the field that helps our team more than anything, but it helps out, too, that he’s very disruptive. Aaron Rodri was real complimentary of LJ, just how he’s gotten his body in shape. Is he a guy that can carry the ball 25 times if needed? Yeah, I think he can carry more than that. I mean, I think he’s in a in a position now where, you know, last year he was just fighting to get back and get healthy. Uh, now I think you guys can see it. He’s he’s he’s a different guy and he’s kind of matured into his adult body. And um it also helps that that he knows the playbook. Um you he’s not struggling trying to memorize stuff. And so uh in fact he he has ideas and and thoughts on how we can block things. And that’s when you know you got a guy that’s that’s kind of a veteran and we can count on him. And he’s becoming a leader too. And I said it before first two years LJ didn’t talk much and and then uh now he’s he’s speaking up and and guys are listening. How is Tanner Wall adapting to his leadership role? Yeah, Tanner’s always been a great leader for us and um I think even when he was playing special teams and had limited role on defense, he was doing some really good things for us as a leader. Um so we’ll always we’ll always need that leadership. We have good quality leaders on the team. And I don’t I don’t think you need to be a a starter to be a leader, but it helps that he’s had a significant amount of reps and and uh starts under his belt. So we we we can lean on him. But I think the the key to leadership is just if they’re what they’re saying makes sense and if it’s true, then we just abide by it. But takes great great guys to want to follow and humble guys want to follow in order for a leader to excel. Tanner’s always been comfortable saying the right things at the right time. Coach, is any of the freshman or the uh guys coming back from admissions impressed you or stuck out? They all have. I mean, I I’m I’m I’ve been impressed with all the talent that we see the guys are here. And I think something that’s uh a little bit and I I probably shouldn’t mention it, but it’s like the D line that the new guys at the D line have done a great job um understanding what we want from them becoming really disruptive and have to give a lot of credit to those coaches that are getting them ready. So, uh, there’s a lot of talent there and probably not as much experience and probably not a lot of known players other than Keanu, but, uh, those guys in JT, but those guys are going to get the job done and and we feel really excited about the the, uh, the depth at that team and the com that that position and the how competitive those guys are. Talked about wanting to play football to get better at it. Have you revised how often you may go live during this camp yet? Yeah, I mean, we we we talk about it with our um with our sports science group. uh we know how far we can push them. There’s going to be a a lot of times in practice that we’ll we’ll go live. Um um even if it’s not a live uh you know there obviously live days, but even if they’re not meant to be live, I think if we put full pads on then how do you put full pads on and never go live? So we’ll find ways for those guys to just spar and get better. Coach, you talked about LJ’s. Anybody else really stepping up as a vocal leader on the offensive side? Yeah, they all are. I mean, the whole entire old line’s doing that. I mean, you got Jada and and you have Carson Ryman coming a leader and you have um Andrew Gentry is becoming a leader and Bruce Mitchell. I mean, all those guys. Whan’s always been a leader for us. Austin Lusa. So, uh I mean, Sunonny Makasini, there’s there’s a lot of guys that that that we can count on that to be leaders for us. And I’m sure leaving out a couple, but the O line are the biggest guys. Everybody listens when they talk and and uh fortunate for us, we have a lot of experienced guys there. There’s Kehlani Sitake after practice earlier today as BYU gearing up for the start of the season. Some takeaways. He talked about the wide receiving group. Chase Roberts obviously the most experienced. Yeah, you do have some experience in there. Hagen had some catches and Phillips has had catches and Parker had a ton of catches. I feel like there’s some experience. I’m I’m pretty optimistic about the receivers. Uh yeah, I am too, actually. Yeah, I think I’m pretty optimistic about it. So, not too worried there. He went through the offensive line unit there as he kind of wrapped up his comments. said, “Those guys are becoming leaders.” I I’m excited to go watch Gentry. He’s got to be really good in order for BYU to be what they need to be. Gentry is going to have to be really good because Caleb ETN stepped up last year and that made a lot of difference. In fact, if you were to ask me, okay, well, you know, 11 win season, the run, give me some of the staples. Some of the staples would be Tyler Baddy really hammering down and nailing down that defensive end position and Caleb ETN really nailing down that offensive tackle position. Yeah. And now you can go to Blake Manglesen and you could go to uh John Nelson and you could go to some of the other bigs that were holding it down, but it was Caleb Btn and Tyler Batty were big. Yeah. off those ends and edges on either side of the trench. I wonder if I don’t know. It’s probably not fair to bring it up, but I wonder if you talk to Caleb right now like would you want to come back? I think he cuz he could have, right? He had another year and he decided to go go pro. I think that was last year. No, maybe not. Yeah, maybe I’m mistaken on that. I think that for some reason I thought he had one more year had a co year or something but if I’m wrong but I bottom line is he might not be because I do remember there was conversation of it. Bottom line is he would be great to have like cuz no I frankly I didn’t expect you. You were the first one that I heard publicly say hey Caleb did not have as bad of a season as people thought he had. I thought it was miserable. You you turned me around pretty quick on that and showed some really great film. why everybody should be if they’re not already following you on Twitter because you did a great film breakdown like, “Hey, let’s not jump the gun on this.” And then he responded by having a phenomenal year last year. Yeah. It was going back two years ago against Oregon or sorry, Oklahoma State. Yep. And the the wheel started to turn. So he started college in 2019 at Fort Scott. So he had he played for six years. So yeah, he probably didn’t have any time left. But but I do remember what you’re talking about because it was like for some reason he had a choice. Cody or Woody or Kenny, but they are going to miss him because he was a beautiful piece of that 11 win season last year until he went out right at the back end of the season. Mhm. Because that’s where Jada really started to get his reps in time. Now J is going to be fantastic. I fully anticipate that. Should be good. I’ve seen a couple of different pieces from, you know, the clips and film from practice and yeah, he looks really good. Yeah, he’s doing all right. All right, 2:30. Uh, coming up next, we’ll spin the wheel. A little sports like straight ahead, Hansel and Scott Gerard. 975 the EKSL Sports Zone. The wheel is loaded and it’s time to talk some sports. This is Sports Roulette with Hansen Scotty on 975, the KSL Sports. Hans and Scotty 975 the KSL Sports Zone. It is time for another edition of Sports Roulette. We take some of the big story lines, we put on a roulette wheel, we spin it, and Christian who is admirably filling in for one vacationing Lloyd Cole uh will give us the headline. All right, so Christian, fire it up. Brown’s quarterbacks are dropping like flies. So who do they bring in? Snoop Huntley. Snoop. Snoop on his way to Cleveland. Yes. You’ve got Dylan Gabriel who’s banged up. Um you’ve got Joe Flacco who’s 53 years old. So he’s got an arthritic hip. I don’t know whatever he’s dealing with. Uh so they need help at quarterback. Tyler Huntley is now with the C or with the Cleveland Browns. And I might add, Shador Sanders is set to get the start for Cleveland in their first preseason game. So why do I remember Huntley spending time with the Browns? He was with the Browns, wasn’t he? Last summer. Yeah. Yeah. Last summer. Last training camp. Okay. And then he rotated back to Baltimore. He got cut. I think he went to Baltimore maybe for a little bit and then ended up in Miami. Yeah, cuz he’s been working the rounds. It’s kind of weird how Tyler Huntley’s career’s gone because when he would step in and he would relieve one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL, he did did well. He did do a good job. Um, I kind of have a feeling he’s going to end up being your starter in Cleveland. It would not surprise me one bit. Do you really ready to give Shador Sanders the start week one in the NFL? No. And I think that this is a pretty serious strategy to roll him out as your starter coming up in two days and put him out there for the world to see. Number one, you know, the world’s going to be watching because he was the biggest story line of the draft. Even though he didn’t go until the fifth round, that made it the big story line. He’s been vocal. I think everybody’s been vocal. He took a couple of days off camp for a sore shoulder and yet everybody’s wanting to see Shadur and it kind of feels like Cleveland’s like, “Well, we’re going to show him to you.” Yeah. And we’re going to show him to us, too, and let’s let’s all learn together. Yeah. I mean, it could be, look, we don’t think he’s very good, so we’re going to show all of you how bad he is. Or it’s like, no, the kid’s pretty good, and we’ll see how he does with the when the when the big lights come on. But if he fails and fails miserably, then the Browns are like, “See, look, there’s a reason why he’s third on our depth chart right now going into the start of the regular season.” Mhm. You all saw it, we saw it. That you need any more proof than that? So, I think there there’s a lot of strategy behind it, but Tyler Huntley could very possibly end up being your starter in Cleveland. Yeah. And frankly, it would make a lot of sense, too. All right. Uh, spin that wheel. maybe not the best time to get a raise. So, Iowa State, uh, we had this story. It was about a week ago. Yeah. Well, actually, just a few days ago, uh, Iowa State announced that it is stopped the renovation of their basketball arena. Um, they also stopped a buildout of a wrestling facility because they all of a sudden realized that they were a projected $147 million budget deficit through 2031. $26 million deficit just for next year alone. They are hemorrhaging money at Iowa State. Well, I think you may want to just wait a little while between that story and the story that came out today where Iowa State and head football coach Matt Campbell have finalized a contract extension making him the highest one of the highest paid coaches in the Big 12, getting him over $5 million a year in total compensation. Now, you can look at this in a number of different ways. Matt Campbell has turned Iowa State into a very good football program. And you need football to be very successful if you want any chance of generating revenue. And so good football and good football coaching is certainly going to cost you. But on the heels of telling the basketball team, no, you don’t get your uh your nice new arena. Uh and the wrestling team, no, you’re going to be uh on mats in the parking lot because uh we can’t have anywhere for you to go. But we’re gonna give the coach $5 million a year to coach football. You may want to have space those stories out maybe a few more weeks. Yeah, I think that this is an indicator to everybody. It’s like wrestling, you’re going to probably go away. And men’s gymnastics and men’s volleyball, you’re probably going to go away. Yeah. Um to the swim team, uh anything that involves a pool, you’re probably going to go away. Yeah. So, gear up. Football. You’re not going anywhere. And it was a perfect time for coach to go 11 and three last year. Oh, yeah. It was a really big for year for him. And remember, they go 11 and three. And they end up in the Pop-Tarts Bowl against Miami. And they beat Miami. And remember, Miami was not Miami wasn’t bad last year. They were not the the dog of the conference that they’ve been in in years past. Miami was actually a rebuilt beast and Roco Beck went for nearly 300 yards and they beat Miami. They didn’t thump him. I remember it was close but they beat him in that Pop-Tarts bowl, man. And you finish a 14game season 11 and three. You did have the loss to Arizona State in the championship game and they did get who it Yeah. soundly, but this is a big statement and message of we’re gonna take care of our money makers. Everybody else, here’s your indicators. And Scotty, you’ve you and I have seen things like that before. Hell, we’ve seen it in our own industry. Oh, yeah. Yep. It’s like, all right, I guess we know where we stand. So, thanks for that message and everybody probably better take note. Yeah, that sucks. But yeah, Iowa State is sending a big bold message to everybody. Well, I mean, you want to look at uh you know, big media companies like uh you know, the worldwide, you know, ESPN out there. They’re cutting cameramen and people right and left and then oh but uh Stephen scre screaming a we’re gonna what do you want? Write your own check. Give you a hundred million a year. Yeah it’s tough. Does that make sense? No. But apparently the uh the Excel spreadsheets say it does. So go for it. I was part of a media company going back 15 years ago that at the big conglomerate, you know, they’ve got multiple stations. They put us at a separate table at the Christmas party in the back corner away from everybody. The infamous Christmas party. Uhhuh. And I was like, “Hey, by the way, remember while you’re in that back corner here at the Christmas party, separated from the rest of the radio stations, maybe you guys ought to figure out what you’re doing in your future cuz it’s not sports radio here.” It was like, “All right, got it. Everybody else is getting prime rib, and they give you guys like a turkey sandwich from 7-Eleven.” Uh, no. No. Uh, it was the rolls. We We got a roll and to share. Yeah. And we got non- ranch dressing. I don’t even know what the dressing was, but non- ranch dressing and a salad. And then it not the thousand island. What? And they brought a comedian in and all the comedian did was sit there and make fun of the table in the corner. Well, that’s because Lloyd was pregaming. And And you don’t mean running a pregame show. No, no, no. Lloyd was pregaming. Yeah, he was hot and sassy. Ah uh probably on the stuff that I gave him. No, I’m kidding. That was that was that was pre that was we were in different places at the time. All right. Uh one more. Go ahead, Christian. The Utah Mammoth are lawyering up. So, a story involving the Utah Mammoth. Uh they got the new logo, they got the new nickname, they got everything. And now they’re already in the middle of a trademark dispute. Uh KSL Sports obtained a copy. By the way, this all at kslports.com. Uh as they are in a bit of a mammoth logo battle against a bag maker. A bag maker. A hockey bag maker. Bag maker. Mammoth hockey. See, these things are so petty and they are so stupid and it takes really dumb people to not identify a money-making opportunity. Yeah. I mean, you are mammoth bags. Shut your mouth. Call and beg to be a part of it somehow. Like any way you can. Like, I’ll team up with you. How do you want to work this? I’ll work the mammoth in. I’ll provide all your bags. Hell, I’ll slap a Nike logo on it. I’ll keep my mouth shut. I’ll be on the back end of this. Just don’t sue me into oblivion and force my hand on this because we are a small bag maker. Yes. It ain’t going to end well for you. I mean, it’s like like the the Yeti coolers. Like, come on. Yeti should have teamed up. Yeti should have teamed up. Made too much sense. Yeah. Absolutely. Let’s have some fun with this. After every game, we get to come chip some ice off of your rink and throw it in our coolers and give it away. I something. Figure out something. and stop charging $8,000 for one big cooler for crying out loud. Yeah, the coolers are overpriced. And now everybody’s come in and figured out their insulative properties and everybody’s got a Yeti cooler to sell now. Yeah, the Eagloo is as good as Yeti now. I know, right? The styrofoam thing you get at a grocery store to throw your fish in on the way home because you weren’t anticipating catching one came out of the blue. But figure this out. Let’s not figure these lawsuits are so dumb. Now bunch of attorneys get rich. Good job, guys. Yeah, way to dispute it. And by the way, I just hate that people can throw an LLC on something or they can get a tagline like, you know, we were going back and forth with something that we’re probably going to kill because of naming rights. We were probably going to kill it anyways, but yeah, you know that somebody raised the concern of, oh, there’s something else named that. It’s like, so you so you have two things named the same. Don’t give a damn. Nobody’s going to sue. Bunch of idiots. All right, 248. Hands and Scotty. We’ll wrap up this bad boy next. Get you ready for JJ and Alex. This is 975 the KSL Sports Zone. You’re locked on to Han Soul and Scotty Chick. That’s right. Yeah. on 975, the KSL Sports Show. [Music] Hans Olsson, Sky Gerard, 975, the KSL Sports Zone wrapping up another edition of the show. Fun one today. Remember JJ and Alex coming up next. Colanian is not giving any indications on the quarterback situation. And it’s tough because, you know, you listen to any former player or you listen to any coach and the further you get into camp and you haven’t declared or identified it, it becomes more and more of a problem because then you start to panic and then you’re like, “Well, let’s just do it this way.” And then you just throw things together. I still believe that the starter has been identified. I still believe that the starter is being given reps with the idea that this is the starter. Let’s just see how this goes. Because that’s how you have to work it. Yeah. You have to put them in the situations with the personnel that they’re going to be on the field with as the starter. And then, you know, you rotate your other couple quarterbacks in in those situations just to give yourself some film to go back and look at it and say, “All right, so when he’s got Gentry blocking off the blind side, when he’s got La Pojo pulling for him on a bootleg, when he’s got Chase Roberts in a drag and Carson Ryan in a quick hook, how does he deal?” You got to give those guys a couple of those. But you you’ve identified the guy and you’re putting that guy in every position possible so that you know when you start things out against Portland State what you’re going to get. I think BYU’s done that. Yeah. In the meantime, they’re just going to continue to say, “Well, they’re all looking good and well, they all have a good chance.” And and that’s fine. That’s what I would expect them. Got to play the game. Yeah. Yeah. That’s what I would expect them to say. But this thing is far more organized than behind the scenes than that. I believe. Yeah. And if it’s not, shame. Yeah. Darn it. Not good. You You better have an idea. Yeah. This isn’t like, oh, oh, look who just showed up. Oh my gosh, there’s three quarterbacks. Who? So, what’s your name, fella? It’s like you you’ve been scouting these guys a long time. You’ve had two of them in your program for two years. Yes. I mean, everybody’s talking about McKay. McKay Hilstead. Now, granted, he wasn’t at spring two years ago. No. But he had all of fall and all of the regular season last year. Took all your second stream snaps in spring. Yeah. This year. So I don’t there’s no reason why he should be swimming trying to figure out an offense. He’s been there plenty of plenty of time to figure things out. And the longer you don’t clarify it to Chase or you don’t clarify it to Bruce Mitchell who’s snapping who everybody’s making a big deal of boy he’s missed some snaps this year. Who cares? that happens in camp. He’s a former D lineman. Change the offensive line. He’s still trying to clean up his shotgun snaps. It’d be all right. What would you rather have? Him rolling back his snap four days into camp or against Portland State? Yeah. Let’s calm it down. Let’s do it now. Yeah. And and by the way, Colani did a really good job of saying that’s because Katanavasa is lined up over him and he’s having a hard time. Yeah. Which he also kind of showed his hand. They’re running a lot of oddfront through camp. Thank you very much, Kehlani. That’s crazy how for that insight. Smart people out there can just pick up on stuff like that. Yeah. Yep. So, let that uh be a message to you out there. If he’s saying, “Well, he’s got a guy straight up on him, number 54, that’s saying we’re running a three or we’re running odd.” So, buckle up. What is What else is he saying? Well, we’re we’re kind of in in a 1D tackle situation. Yeah, that’s another thing, too. Yeah. Yeah. You know, it’s funny. You know, I I wonder how many times a coach comes in and he thinks he said something benign and assistant’s like, “Hey, you know, you just tipped our hat on that.” Yeah.
