The Miami Heat and NBA have been investigating a case where a former Heat security guard allegedly snuck into the equipment room and stole well over 400 game worn jerseys. And listen, we have no clue how long he’s been doing this for, but considering he was hired in 2016, I could only assume he’s been doing this for years. Also, 400 jerseys is actually insane. Was he only stealing the important ones, or was there some nights where he’d leave with a Kelly Ool gameworn jersey. Unfortunately for Miami, this case still hasn’t been closed. as the team continues to search for this very rare 2019 All-Star game Dwayne Wade jersey that’s worth approximately $2.5 million. I’m not going to lie, this whole story is kind of sad, bro. These items belong in museums, not a private collector’s mansion.
