Miami Heat Nation, what is going on? So, in today’s video, we got tons of NBA news that involves the Miami Heat, and this can really impact the future of the Miami Heat, good and bad. And he pretty much says multiple teams are waiting right now to see what Giannis decides to do with the Milwaukee Bucks. Now, the reason why this is a conversation is because Giannis doesn’t know what he’s doing with the Milwaukee Bucks. He doesn’t know what’s going to happen the future, right? He says Shams goes pretty much there’s nothing set in stone. He could ask for a trade. He could stay there. And so obviously with all the big name free agents that was going to be heading to be a free agent in 2026 like Luca or Dearan Fox, now teams are solely focused on Giannis. Now Giannis can be like, you know what, I’m staying on Milwaukee. He never came out and really said that. He said he’s just evaluating what’s going on. So, the reason why it’s been linked to the Miami Heat is because the Miami Heat have a plan for 2026, 2027 to save a lot of cap space, well, free up the cap books and go after a star player. But with players like Luca and Fox already being gone, like I said, now leaves up to Giannis. Now, do I think the chances are very, very slim for us to land in Giannis? 100%. But this is another player that we could possibly go after. And honestly, we need a player like this. We need a franchise guy because I understand we got Norman Pal. I understand we got Tyler and Bam. But if Norman Pal does not get extended, we’re going back to step one and that’s just going to be running it back with Tyler and Bam. Also, ESPN’s NBA all-in tears and this is pretty much says Miami Heat fall into two timeline tears. Cat flexibility is clearly the p plan for two LA teams plus Miami and which have been careful with handing out long-term contracts. All three have realistic paths to max level cap space next summer but are more likely to clear the books in 2027 when multi-year MVPs Giannis and Jokic become unrestricted free agents bearing extension. So that’s the big thing bearing extensions because free agency just doesn’t exist no more and that’s the why the Miami Heat have to make trades. A lot of these players are getting extended and then they get traded and so when people say oh let’s clear up all the cap space for this and that. Have you watched the last couple years of free agency? What player have you seen get signed to a max extension from, you know, him leaving his previous team to join another team? You just don’t really see that often. And so, we’ll see what happens with this. Um, but, you know, the future can be very, very bright or the future can just be very dim. Now, Trey Young, John Morant are the only stars technically left in the 2026 free agency and Jaw has been linked to Miami. If Grizzlies choose to trade him, they’re the only realistic options if Miami wants to start. Every other option is gone, which is kind of true, right? We all know Trey Young would be a perfect fit for this Miami Heat team. I’ve been saying that defensively, I don’t even care no more to be honest with you. I’m not even going to be picky no more. To have a player like Trey Young, he’ll make Bam Adabal’s life easier, right? Player like Jaw Morant, not the biggest fan of him. I don’t think it would be a good fit to have Jaw, Tyler, and Bam. I really don’t. But then again, like if we’re going to trade him, we trade for him or sign him a trade and see if that’s the case. I don’t think that will happen. Jaws not going to be a free agent. This is all going to be trade. I I’m interested to see which goes for less. You know what I mean? I think both teams are definitely going to tax them for sure. But I do think um he culture does have a point. He’s talking about Trey and Jaw. I do think Giannis, you can kind of throw him in there. He’s going to be on the lower end because it’s going to be harder. But, you know, we’ll see what happens. I’m very curious to see what point point guard would you rather go after, Trey Young or John Mor? Now, with De’ar Fox, you know, getting signed to a massive mega extension and, you know, I talked about this a few days ago. Obviously, we can’t go after him now, but I was not paying him this much money. So, I’m actually not too mad that they did sign him, but $51 million, 55 to 59 to 63 million to 2030, that’s a lot of money for a player that hasn’t even been an all-star three times. You know what I mean? To a player that hasn’t really been to the postseason as much. a player that hasn’t, you know, played his best basketball in the postseason. So, you know, the San Antonio Spurs feel like, you know, he’s a long-term piece and they want to go out there and compete with Darren Fox and WBY and stuff like that. Go ahead. But obviously now the Miami have to go elsewhere and look at players like Trey, Jarant, and possibly Giannis. Jokic, that’s not even realistic. Like, if there’s a tear, you probably keep Trey and Jaw tier one. Then you go to tier two and Giannis, then Joic is like tier five. That’s not happening. But very curious to see what you guys thinks, your thoughts and opinions on today’s video. Has been a very, very slow off season. Sooner or later, training camps will be here and definitely start kicking it up with Miami Heat content.
