So, it’s being reported by Bvada that the Orlando Magic are the favorites to be Trey Young’s next team. Now, if you guys have been supporting me for a while now, you guys know I don’t believe anything Bvada says. Also want to talk about this because this makes absolutely no sense. Orlando already locked into their core. They already locked into their team, especially after the Desen Bane trade. They’re running with the core of Suggs, Bane, Paulo, France, and Carter. That’s their team. Who can they possibly trade to go get Trey Young? And where is Trey Young fitting? Are you going to put Jaylen Suggs to the bench and have Trey Young Bane Paulo France? It sounds good, but it’s just not happening. This is not realistic. Now, if you want to talk about other teams like the Miami Heat, that is a little bit more realistic just because they need a point guard. Houston Rockets, not really. Phoenix, not really. Like, these odds are just terrible. Now, I do think Trey Young is frustrated that he hasn’t got a contract extension and that could lead into him requesting a trade, but not this season. They have a core. If everybody stays healthy, they got a start in five and they got a couple of good bench pieces.
