The Golden State Warriors Are A DISASTER…

The Warriors had a terrible off season. They failed to bring Stephen Curry and Jimmy Butler help. What they’ve done is lost key rotation players and have not signed any free agents yet. There were rumors the Warriors wanted Chris Bush. He’s with the Celtics now and they’ve been trying to trade away Jonathan Kaminga and things don’t look good right now for the Dubs. NBA insider Warriors in lose lose spot with disgruntled star. It’s simple. The Warriors do not want to pay Jonathan Kaminga, but he wants to get paid big money. Kaminga believes he deserves 20 million plus per year, but the Warriors don’t. It’s probably more of a lose-lose for Golden State. I’m not saying Golden State should panic and suddenly offer three for 80 million. How I look at it for Golden State is that Jonathan Kaminga is now on a one-year 8 million deal. Jonathan Kaminga is ready to play with the Golden State Warriors and not give them what they want, but in return, it’s going to hurt the Golden State Warriors roster. Kaminga has expressed his willingness to take the $7.9 million qualifying offer and become an unrestricted free agent after next season. This is the doomsday scenario for the Warriors. So basically, Kaminga is saying that if you don’t want to pay me, I’ll get paid the bare minimum and then next summer they have no options. He would just leave them in open free agency and the Warriors get nothing in return, which puts the Warriors in a trade predicament because by the trade deadline, they have to trade Kaminga or he walks for free next off season. But there’s simply a huge problem here. Trading Jonathan Kaminga at a $22 million salary is a lot easier than trading Jonathan Kaminga at an $8 million salary. If you want to go hunting for a big name, what if an AllNBA player becomes available? You do not have the contracts unless you’re trading Draymond Green or Jimmy Butler. You would have Kaminga at 8 million, Moses Mood at 11 million, Buddy Heil at 8 or 9 million. NBA insider Bobby Marks is simply saying they can’t sign Kaminga for such a cheap deal because it’s just not worth it, especially if you’re not going to give him minutes. You don’t have the numbers to stack, which is why getting Kaminga on a 2-year deal for 45 million is a perfect solution for Golden State, but it takes two to tango and requires Kaminga to sign at that number. The Warriors just offered Kaminga the 2-year 45, but he rejected it because he believes he’s worth more than a 2-year term deal. And it’s pretty obvious that Kaminga doesn’t want to play in Golden State because he knows he’s not going to get the minutes there. Even Steve Kerr went on record that Kuminga will not play starter minutes next season if he remains with the team following their playoff exit. I’ve been asked to win and right now he’s not a guy who I can say I’m going to play 38 minutes with the roster. We have Steph Curry, Jimmy, and Draymond and put the puzzle together that way and expect to win. So, the Warriors have no other options. They have to trade Jonathan Kaminga fast or he’s going to walk away next year for nothing. And I’ve got a three team blockbuster with the Brooklyn Nets. The Warriors would receive Cameron Thomas via a sign and trade. The Brooklyn Nets would receive Jonathan Kaminga, Nicolola Vousvich, and a firstround pick from the Chicago Bulls. And then the Bulls would receive Nick Claxton, a first round pick and a second round pick. The Warriors going for Cameron Thomas is simple. Cameron Thomas can shoot. Jonathan Kaminga can’t. Cam is known for being a scorer. He’s a marksman. He made 2.7 threes per game last season. A year after draining 2.2 two threes a game. The point is he’s getting better offensively and the Warriors would love somebody like Cameron Thomas off the bench to simply fill in that role that Jordan Pool played when they won the championship in 2022. The Warriors need to move off of Kuminga and Thomas is an outstanding young replacement. He’s coming off a sophomore NBA season in which he averaged 24 points per game. It’s unlikely they’d get a better player back than Thomas from moving Kaminga. Thomas would likely see his numbers decline as the third option on offense in Golden State. Curry and Butler are going to dominate the offense. However, it could make him a better long-term option for Dynasty owners getting out of Brooklyn and into Steve Kerr’s system. This situation is also great for Jonathan Kaminga because he can finally blossom and become a star on his own. Kaminga is a talented young forward that the Nets can build around. The hope will be that if he gets away from Steph Korean Butler, he can excel as a top offensive option and develop into a star. He is viewed as a high upside talent who could develop into a superstar. Here’s another trait revolving the Blazers. The Warriors would receive Tumani Kumra, Robert Williams, and a 2026 second round pick. The Blazers would receive Jonathan Kaminga, Quis Santos, and the Hawks would receive Matis Styel, Kobe Buffkin, and a 2030 second round pick. For Golden State, adding a young defensive-minded forward in Kuma will be a great addition to their roster as he would provide them with another great score and defender in the lineup, a 3 and D wing. The Warriors would also fill their hole at the center position by adding Robert Williams III, who is a great defender and solid inside scorer. Even though he’s had injuries, he can replace Cavon Looney. But I want to propose a blockbuster of all blockbusters in a three-team deal revolving the Los Angeles Lakers and the Utah Jazz. The Lakers would receive Lowry Markin from the Jazz. The Warriors would receive Austin Reeves and Kelly Olen, while the Utah Jazz would receive Jonathan Kaminga, Ruhachimura, the Lakers 2029 first round pick and the Warriors 2030 first round pick. Jonathan Kaminga would be the new star player in Utah. The Lakers will get an upgrade over Austin Reeves for Larry Markin and then the Warriors would get one of the best third options in the NBA of Austin Reeves. But we are hearing big rumors right now about the Utah Jazz that they simply want to offer the Warriors a small end deal to give the Warriors a better future and of course snag Kaminga. Now this is the deal. The Jazz would receive Jonathan Kaminga and the Warriors would receive Gorgeous Niang who of course is on a very cheap deal. a 2027 first round pick from Minnesota and a 2028 firstround pick from the Utah Jazz. The Warriors would trade Kaminga for future assets instead of risking losing him for nothing next summer. One thing’s for certain, I said this in my ex interview, whether it’s here or somewhere else, he going to get paid and he going to have a very bright future. So, I don’t think he has anything to worry about. He everybody know what he’s capable of. he will get paid here or he will get paid somewhere else. That’s it and that’s all. And so I think the future for him is as bright as it’s ever been. So I want to know your thoughts. What’s going to happen with Jonathan Kaminga this summer? Is he going to stay with the Warriors or are we going to see a deal ultimately happen? Let’s get a chat going in the comments below. But it seems that Russell Westbrook has made his final decision and his team search is narrowing down to a handful. And we just made a video talking about the team that Russell Westbrook will most likely sign with for this upcoming season. So check it out. But other than that, take it easy. God bless. See y’all next time on Easy Buckets. Pace.

  1. How is they a disaster Al Horford right now , is a better player than Looney, Melton will sign, Seth, GP2,A big and versatile wing, on vet minimum will put them in contention!

  2. U need to get the facts right. The money wasn’t the problem. Making Kuminga take away the no trade clause and second team option was.

  3. You are stupid, Austin Reaves for Kuminga plus 1st round pick? Stay on Lakers’s topic and get off Warriors. If Kuminga wants to risk his career to take the $7.9 million qualifying offer, so be it, Warriors should not trade him plus a 1st round pick for a negative asset.

  4. I’d rather they get Matise than Robert Williams, he isn’t always available too injury prone. I’d rather have Lauri and Austin Reeves. The Lakers get Kelly a first and second rounder

  5. whats funny in this trade deal is the most needed thing for warriors is a center but they are getting another guard that only plays offense LMAO. Instead the Bulls and Nets are getting the centers lol!!!!!!
