🚨 Knicks REPORTEDLY Signing Dink Pate… Who’s Next?! 👀
Knicks fans, according to Leah Kabido, the Knicks are signing 19-year-old Dink Pay to a two-way deal. And now all eyes are on what they will do next. They’ve got two standard contracts to fill on the main roster, and that is the rookie deal and the veteran minimum deal. And while guys like Kevin McCull Jr. and Muhammad Dawara are in the mix for the rookie deal, fans are asking what’s the hold up with Landry Shamid. Is he coming back or are the Knicks waiting for someone on the buyout market like Marcus Smart? and they still have to make some decisions regarding the two two-way spots still available. And this is how I think it’s going to go. One of Kevin McCuller Jr. or Muhammad Diawara will get the first spot and the second one is likely going to go to either Marjan Bochamp who is still eligible for one more two-way contract or James Naji. But Knicks fans, regarding the vet minimum contract, who do you guys want the Knicks to sign? Personally, I’m saying just bring back Landry Shamid and call it a day. Knicks need another ball handler. It would have to be Brogdon.
If Smart gets bought out, then get him.
Beauchamp needs to be on a two way. Give Kevin and Mohamed the other 2 way. Signing Dink may mean others are going after him. The other listed players are better.
The main thing, is the Knicks NEED another point guard.

I like Shamet but imo with Brunson, Mikal, Deuce, Clarkson, Kolek and Hart (the 6’4 SG/SF hybrid who plays PF 😂😂), I think we are good with guards. We need wing depth and size and I think Boucher fits that. He can be a back up to OG.

Personally I think they’re waiting on something to drop, they don’t have to rush to give Shamet that spot. Personally a big would be great, I don’t want to trust in Mitch staying healthy

I think Kolek has shown he's not quite ready and we desperately need a PG/ball handler/playmaker off the bench. I like Shamet, but a more prominent ball handler takes priority.
