Chicago Bulls TRADE Josh Giddey To The Golden State Warriors? | NBA Trade Rumors

So, could the Chicago Bulls be trading away Josh Giddy to the Golden State Warriors this 2025 NBA off seasonason? Well, here on the screen is a trade proposal or a trade idea from fade awayworld.net. The link to this article is down below in case you want to go ahead and check it out for yourself. But this trade would see the Golden State Warriors receiving Josh Giddy, Nicole Vuvich, um AO Dunumo, and a 2028 first round draft pick and the Chicago Bulls receiving Jonathan Kaminga and Moses Moody. So, this trade to me is a little bit of a headscratcher because to me the Warriors would be getting off. Absolutely. Um, you know, with robbery here by making this deal. If they’re able to acquire Josh Giddy, Veovich, Dunmo, and a 2028 first round draft pick all for Jonathan Kaminga and Moses Moody. Like, that seems like pretty lopsided value to me. Uh, from the Warriors of perspective. Now, from the Warriors perspective, this would of course be pretty expensive for them to take on. So, in regards to their tax bill and being over the second apron, this trade would of course have to exceed that. So, financially speaking, it’s pretty uh I guess expensive for the Warriors to make, but from a basketball perspective, uh this trade would just be a slam dunk for them. Um Josh Giddy, of course, very solid player. Actually, a pretty similar player, I would say, to Kaminga in regards to value. Uh he actually played pretty well last year in Chicago, and his contract situation there is a little bit murky as well. So, a similar situation there to Kaminga in Golden State. You’re taking on Nicole Vuchovic, who at this point of his NBA career, not the player that he once was back in his prime, but can still be a very serviceable big man. A starting caliber center uh that can kind of stretch the floor and play sort of how this Warriors team is built uh to play. Plus, a first round draft pick is always some good value to add, especially too if it’s only a couple years from now. So, truthfully speaking, from a basketball perspective, I love this deal from the Warriors perspective. Now, from the Bulls perspective here, I think they’re overpaying for Kaminga, but they’re also getting rid of some expensive contracts like Nicole Vuch for example. And if they don’t want to pay Josh Giddy, I guess it makes some sense. But I still think that that that this is a little bit too steep to me in my personal opinion. Like especially that 2028 first round draft pick, this is too much value to me for the Bulls to add, who by the way are not like a Kaminga trade away from being a playoff team consistently speaking. So if they’re giving up a lottery pick plus Giddy plus Fuvich plus Dunumo, that is just way too much value in my opinion uh for the Warriors to give or for the for the Bulls to give up for a team uh to a team like Golden State who Kaminga that situation is pretty murky as it sort of stands already. So I know the Warriors have made it pretty clear that they don’t want to trade Kaminga, but is this is not going to go away. he’s going to be involved in trade rumors for quite some time and if they want to pull the trigger on this deal they would be getting like I said before getting away with robbery in this deal because this is tremendous value from the Warriors perspective. So without a doubt to me the Warriors win this trade but as always leave your thoughts
