Miami Heat TRADE Andrew Wiggins To The Utah Jazz? | NBA Trade Rumors

So, could the Miami Heat be trading away Andrew Wiggins to the Utah Jazz this 2025 NBA offseason? Well, here on the screen is a trade proposal or a trade idea from fadeaway world.net. The link to this article is down below in case you want to go ahead and check it out for yourself. But this trade would see the Miami Heat receiving Lori Markin and the Utah Jazz receiving Andrew Wiggins, Terry Roier, Noola Jovich a 2031 firstround pick, a 2027 second round pick, a 2031 second round pick, and a 2032 second round draft pick. So, if this trade were to go down, that of course being Lori Markin going to South Beach, I think that Andrew Wiggins would have to be involved in this deal. Now, this trade would actually see a lot of money head back Utah’s way. Uh, which is why maybe someone like Nicole Jovich plus some draft capital is involved uh to kind of sweeten the pot a little bit, make the heat a little bit more financially flexible, but also to utilize caps basically for Utah and get back a ton of draft capital in return. Now, my immediate thoughts on this deal is that if Lori Markin were to go to the Miami Heat, this would be a great landing spot for him. I think having, you know, a front court next year of Bam Adobio as well as Lori Markin is definitely a pretty good step in the right direction, especially after acquiring Norman Powell as well as them having, of course, Tyler Herro um on the team this season. Sort of having those guys in the mix in your starting lineup is pretty good, especially with how I’d open the Eastern Conferences next year. In my personal opinion, I think L glory marketing coming to Miami, uh, perhaps being a number three or number four man offensively speaking is a perfect landing spot for him in regards to a basketball fit. So, the Heat fans have been pretty anxious this offseason in regards to making a big-time move. I think Lori Markin for this asking price is pretty reasonable especially because they want to get rid of players like Terry Rier Andrew Wiggins and if they’re only getting getting rid of one first round draft pick which I guess in theory could be a pretty good pick you know five years six years down the road and Nicole Jovich of course is you know a pretty good solid young player but truthfully speaking the asking price isn’t that crazy for someone of Lori Markin’s caliber so I like this trade a lot from Miami’s perspective now looking at it from Utah’s perspective it’s not terrible but I think truthfully speaking if they’re able to get under are out and under the contracts of Terry Roshier and Andrew Wiggins. Uh perhaps flip those guys later on for some draft capital or younger talent. That’s the approach that I would go. So Lori Minan didn’t have the best of years this past year uh compared to years prior, but he’s still a pretty valuable player and I think would command quite a bit on the trade market. So you’re not really putting yourselves in a good spot financially speaking here by taking on the contracts of Andrew Wiggins and Terry Roier. Getting Nicole Jovich is fine. the 2031 first round draft pick could pay dividends later on, but getting four second round draft picks to me isn’t anything crazy. And I think that if you’re the Utah Jazz, if you want to maximize the value uh by getting rid of market and taking on money, you want to get back some more first round picks in return. So, I think for those reasons, the winner of this deal to me is the Miami Heat. But as always, leave your thoughts.
