Milwaukee Bucks TRADE Kyle Kuzma To The Los Angeles Lakers? | NBA Trade Rumors
So, could the Milwaukee Bucks be trading away Kyle Kosma to the Los Angeles Lakers this 2025 NBA off season? Well, here on the screen is a trade proposal or a trade idea from fadeawayorld.net. The link to this article is down below in case you want to go ahead and check it out for yourself, but this trade would see the Los Angeles Lakers receiving Kyle Kosma and a 2026 second round draft pick and a 2032 first round pick swap. uh the Milwaukee Bucks receiving Gabe Vincent, Maxi Cleba, and a 2029 firstround draft pick, and the Atlanta Hawks receiving Andre Jackson Jr. So, this trade to me is very interesting because I don’t really see why the Hawks are involved in this deal. Now, I guess if they really like Andre Jackson Jr., that could make some sense, but giving up a first round pick in 2029 uh in order to acquire Andre Jackson Jr. to me doesn’t make a lot of sense and that kind of stands out right now initially uh by looking at this deal. But from the Lakers perspective, they are of course getting back the best player that being Kyle Koosma and truthfully speaking the asking price to acquire him um isn’t that crazy to me. Like Kyle Koosma is still a pretty solid player. Uh they’d also be getting back a 2032 first round pick swap, which who knows, maybe if Giannis gets traded or whatever the case may be, maybe the Bucks are really, really bad in 2032. So, if they want to move off of Kyle Koosma’s contract this badly, attaching a first round draft pick swap that far in advance doesn’t make the most sense to me because the future for this team is a little bit uncertain at this point. So, if I’m the Lakers, I am all over this deal. Are you hoping that Kakuz can come back to Los Angeles, fit in perfectly with this roster? He’s the kind of player that doesn’t have to have the ball in his hands to be super successful. Maybe he goes to this Lakers team and and maybe he’s only like a 16 point per game guy, which truthfully speaking is not a terrible idea at the four or the three position with a ball dominant player like Luca Donuch and of course LeBron James as well. So I love this move for the Lakers. Uh from the Bucks perspective, it’s not terrible either. like you’re sort of flipping uh what they would value maybe as a bad contract in Kyle Guzma uh for Gabe Vincent, Maxi Kleba and a first round draft pick which from the Hawks could probably be a pretty solid pick potentially but at the very end of the day they could flip that draft pick later on maybe for another player and maybe make this team win now. So the Bucks are in sort of a tricky spot where they want to win a championship now entice Giannis to stay and sign long term. So this would be a desperate move for them and I don’t think I agree with it 100%. So, I think for these reasons, the winner to me, of course, would be the Lakers. Uh, second place team is probably the Bucks. And as I mentioned before, the third place team would be the Hawks because I don’t get why they’re involved in this deal in my personal opinion. But as always, leave your thoughts.
