🚨Golden State Warriors Just Got HUGE NEWS From The NBA
[Music] We just got some huge news from the NBA. About as big of a news drop as you can get in the month of August that does not involve the Warriors and Jonathan Kaminga. No, the 2526 Golden State Warriors schedule has been released and we’re going to break it down on today’s edition of Warriors Today by Chat Sports. Before we get into it, my name is Tyler Smith and you should subscribe to the channel because we cover the Warriors like nobody else on YouTube. Daily Golden State Warriors content all the time, 365 here on the channel. Breaking news coverage. If we hear Warriors news, we’re making a video for you guys at the drop of a hat. We do live watch parties when the regular season comes around. So, it’s why I’m telling you guys all this good stuff today. When that regular season rolls around, the Warriors start playing these games, we’ll start bringing it to them live here on the channel. It’s all 100% free. No commitment whatsoever. So, you can unsub after a week if you want, but just give me a chance and join 97,000 diehard Warriors fans. Subscribe to Warriors Today by Chat Sports. All righty. Here is the full schedule. I’m not going to read every every game on the list so far, but you guys can pause, you can zoom in, you can do all that good stuff and and look down at at specific matchups for Golden State. We’re going to be looking at a couple of different pockets, a couple of different singular games that matter throughout the season. But, you know, overall, this is what the Warriors schedule looks like. take a screenshot, do all that good stuff, and you guys can see exactly when the Warriors are playing in in the city closest to you or in San Francisco if that’s where you’re live living at. How a franchise record has been set by the Golden State Warriors with this schedule. There are 34 nationally televised games for the Dubs this year. Uh they joined the Los Angeles Lakers, the Oklahoma City Thunder, and the New York Knicks. And there may be one more, but I know it’s those three for sure that all have 34 nationally televised games. Now, they say nationally televised. A couple of them are going to be on Amazon Prime. A bunch of them are going to be on NBC, Peacock as well. They’re counting as national TV games. So, you’re going to have to get a couple subscription services to watch the NBA this year, but the Warriors are going to be on national TV and easily accessible 34 out of 82 games. Now, some important notes from the the overarching rest of the Warriors schedule. The Golden State has 15 backto-backs, and that’s like a pretty um I’d say averageish number. Like, a lot of teams have 15, a lot of teams have 14, a lot of teams have 16, a lot of teams got a couple teams got lucky. Like the New York Knicks, they got 12 back tobacks. on their schedule. Meanwhile, like a team like the Sixers, they have 16. So, like you could have gotten screwed, but the Warriors I feel like kind of fell in a little bit in the middle there. They have a six-game November road trip as well as a six-game March road trip and an 8game January home stand. So, a couple of big chunks of Golden State either being a long time on the road or a long time in the Chase Center. There’s two straight games, two pockets of two straight games where they this happened uh at some point this season. I forget where it was. It might have been San Antonio, funny enough, but there’s two straight games at San Antonio and at Minnesota. Actually, I believe it was Minnesota that they ended up doing that against this past year, but there’ll be two straight games in both of those teams. Home arenas for Golden State on the docket. And then seven of the last 10 games on the regular season schedule for Golden State will be in the Chase Center. And we’ll get to more about what’s going to go on in the month of April a little bit later on today’s show. Before we get into breaking down the the Warriors schedule piece by piece, predict the Warriors record in 2526 for me down in the comments section. Last year they won 48 games, 48 and 34. Is it going to be an improvement? Is it going to be a decline? Let me know what you guys think down below. Let’s get to the season opener here. As we talked about it a little bit on the channel, I threw out a little social media post when this game got announced a few days ago, but Golden State will be traveling to Los Angeles to match up with none other than LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers. Can’t forget about Luca Donic either. It’s going to be a marquee matchup. Do you guys remember that late regular season matchup that they had uh in it was either the end of March, early April, somewhere around there. Uh and that game came down to the wire. I mean, Steph, LeBron were going at it. Luca was hitting big shots, too. That was an absolute ball. And I mean, it’s the league’s two biggest stars, the two faces of the NBA, Steph Curry, LeBron James. Why not match him up on the opening game on October 21st? Now, in the rest of the month of October, there is a backto-back and then there’s some in November as well. That’s why I’m just going to show you guys all the backtobacks on the Warriors schedule as it stands right now. They start in October, literally right after the season opener. Their home opener is a backtoback. They have to travel up to Portland thereafter. Denver and the Trailblazers there. They follow it up at the end of October with a back-to-back at home with Memphis and the Clippers. And then a calendar turns to uh November here and we have a back-to-back between Phoenix and Sacramento. The two China suitors right there. The 11th and 12th they’ll play at OKC and at San Antonio. And the 18th and 19th they’ll play at Orlando and at Miami I believe. Uh what excuse me wrong wrong wrong part of the schedule. I’m getting too far ahead of myself. Moving forward we have 126 and 127 at Cleveland and at Chicago. The December 28th and 29th they’ll be at Toronto and at Brooklyn. So a little bit of an Eastern Conference trip there in December. Uh January 2nd and 3rd they’ll be home against OKC and the Jazz. the 19th and 20th of January, they will be hosting the Heat and the Toronto Raptors. And then the 24th and 25th of February after the All-Star break, they’ll be heading to New Orleans and to Memphis there for a back-to-back. Then we can shift the calendar to March and they get another one Utah and Chicago at Utah and then home against Chicago there. Kind of a rough one uh at the beginning of March. Then you get to the 15th and 16th, they’re at New York against the Knicks and then at Washington. Uh March 20th and 21st they’re at Detroit and then at Atlanta. not a crazy, you know, not exactly super close there. Uh, April 1st and 2nd, they are home against the Spurs and the Cavs. And then to close the season, or at least closer to the close of the season, April 9th and 10th, they will host the Lakers and then travel up to Sacramento as the Warriors don’t leave California in the month of April. Now, let’s move to November where they have that big road trip that we talked about just a little bit a little bit ago. And this one is pretty treacherous if you ask me. Especially when you consider the first three games of this road trip at the Thunder, at the Spurs, at the Spurs again. I mean, the Thunder won the NBA title and the Spurs have gotten a whole heck of a lot better this off season. The Pelicans, I hope you hope you can win that game on the road. Then the Magic, they got one of the most improved teams in the Eastern Conference this upcoming year. you go to them and then you go to the Heat where Jimmy Butler will be returning once again to Miami where he did not have the best overall um performance there in his first trip back to South Beach. We will move forward with the rest of the games on Golden State schedule in just a moment, but first make sure you guys get hooked up with this awesome deal at this link right here, chatports.com/dubcity. Look, I know the Warriors are going to unveil a new city edition jersey and colorway this year, but I think this one is fresh, man. And this is a Nike heavyweight long sleeve tee for only 38 b 35 bucks, excuse me. That’s a sick deal. Go get yourself hooked up with one today. jazzports.com/dubcity. I put that link in the comment section and description of today’s video to make it easy for you guys. Go get yourself some fresh Golden State Warriors gear. That navy, red, and yellow, it pops. Let’s talk about the NBA Cup because that’s what starts in the month of December. And if you guys see a trend here on today’s video, we’re kind of going month by month and seeing what’s going on with the Dubs as the season goes along. Well, in December, the NBA Cup knockout round begins on December 9th. There are some games in November, though that are count as NBA uh cup, you know, group stage games. And if you want to know who the Golden State Warriors are in a group with, well, you can see it there at the bottom left of your screen. The Rockets, the Nuggets, the Trailblazers, and the Spurs will be the four teams that Golden State will match up with just in regular season games, but they will count as NBA Cup games. Then they’ll get grouped in, see if they make the knockout round, and uh go from there. See if they can end up hoisting the inseason tournament trophy. Then we move on to Christmas Day at the end of December. And this game is already already previously announced as well. It’s the Dallas Mavericks coming to the Golden State Warriors. Clay’s second return to the Bay Area or I guess second year return to the Bay Area. This is going to be a fun one, man. Cooper Flag coming to Golden State on Christmas. I think this is going to be a really really good vibes game and it’s honestly it’s right in the middle of the day, too. This is that uh dinnertime marquee game that the NBA is going to be pushing here. Mavericks at Warriors. I’m very very excited to see Stephan Clay go at it and of course Cooper Flag to be playing Golden State for the first time in his career. Then we move on to January where we get that home stand that I was talking about earlier. You play the Bucks, the Kings, the Hawks, the Trailblazers, the Knicks, the Hornets, the Heat, and the Raptors. So, it looks like that’s six out of these eight teams are all coming from the Eastern Conference. That usually is how it goes when the calendar flips to the new year. A lot of the Eastern Conference teams come out west. And that’s what we’re seeing here with Golden State, the two Western Conference teams, the Kings and the Trailblazers that they match up with in January. Keep that uh Kings game in mind there though as a potential, you know, Jonathan Kaminga bowl of of of sorts if if Sacramento continues to hold interest in him when he is eligible to be traded after Golden State presumably ressigns him this offseason. Then we get to January 19th, Martin Luther King Day, and Miami will be coming to Golden State this time around. This game is interesting because it is the first time that Andrew Wiggins will be coming back to the Chase Center since he had been traded to Miami last season. So, it’ll be a nice homecoming for him. I’m sure it’ll get a nice tribute video. And look, the he they’re going to be trying to compete in that Eastern Conference. I don’t want to take them slightly whatsoever. And we saw what they did when Golden State went to Miami for Jimmy’s return last year. Now, in the month of February, the Warriors will obviously have the trade deadline. It’s going to be huge considering that they’re bringing back Jonathan Kamega only to potentially trade him down the line this season. Hopefully, we’ll see that all all come to fruition sooner or later, but this is a coming of video. The Golden State Warriors have two games at home on each side of the All-Star break, which will come about a week or two after the trade deadline dust has all settled. So, you know, not much to really go off of in the month of February. Like, it’s going to be a lot of transaction stuff. Like, who knows what the Golden State Warriors roster will look like on those second those two home games following the All-Star break. So, a lot is yet to be decided here and who knows who will be trottting out on the Golden State Warriors floor come February. Let’s move to March though where they have that second sixgame road trip and this one is the East Coast road trip that they’re going to be going on toward the tail end of the season at the Knicks on March 15th at the Wizards on on March 16th. So you’re seeing some of these uh backto-backs you know come back up during these road trips at the Celtics on 318. You have the at the Pistons on March 20th at the Hawks on the 21st. So two backtobacks during this March road trip. This is going to be a big test for Golden State. And then you travel to Dallas at the tail end of it on March 23rd. So now we move to the month of April and we’re closing the season now. We’re getting towards the end here. Seven of the last 10 games for Golden State are at home in the Chase Center. And in the month of April, I’ve alluded to it before. The Warriors do not leave the state of California. So they’ll be playing games at home. They’ll be playing some games at the Clippers. They’ll be playing some games at the Kings. And they might even have one more against the Lakers as well. But remember what game 82 was this past year? Yeah, it’s going to be game 82 once again. This time in the into it dome with the wall of Clipper fans behind the basket down in Englewood. Golden State at the Clippers one more time for what could be a a seed deciding game like it was this past season. The Clippers got the edge in that one. It was an absolute banger of a game as well. They’re going to they’re expected to be a lot better this season, too. I hope Golden State can be uh up to the challenge there when game 82 rolls around. But I I’d be lying to you if I said who I knew would be on the floor uh come game 82. With that being said, fill in the blank for me before we get out of today’s show. We asked you the record prediction earlier, but this is now after seeing the full schedule. We’re diving in a little bit. The Warriors finish with the blank seed in the Western Conference. Fill in the blank for me down in the comment section. What seed will the Warriors be when the playoffs roll around in 2026? I want to hear from you. And that’s all it will be for today’s show. So, make sure you are subscribed to the channel. All those reasons I said at the beginning of today’s show, watch parties, breaking news, free content about your Golden State Warriors, you’re going to find it all here at Warriors Today. youtube.com/warriors TV. It would be funny if this channel lost subscribers. Constant clickbait titles. Always begging for subscribers. Pretty pathetic. HUGE NEWS I CAN"T WAIT FOR THE SEASON TO START
Clickbait as hell. I know you are trying to grow the channel, and there isn’t much to talk about right now, but it’s shit like this that turns me off of this channel completely.
How can you predict the W/L record when you can't even predict the roster at this point?
