Am I the only one who thinks that LeBron’s Laker tenure was underwhelming? Seven years, one championship, multiple first round exits. It just doesn’t give off this great Laker run. In hindsight, the only thing that people will actually remember is having Bronnie on the team and the Lakers trading for Luca Don. And I do agree with the unpopular opinion that he should not have his jersey retired, but he will because I mean it’s LeBron James and he’s the second what third best player of all time. His Lakers run was extremely weak. It was nothing compared to his Miami days and his second stint in Cleveland. And we bash players like Russell Westbrook and those types of guys that just put up empty stats and it doesn’t impact winning quote unquote. But the reality is that LeBron has been putting up empty stats and it hasn’t translated to winning at all.
