MAJOR UPDATE! Jimmy butler reacts to Heat trading Haywood Highsmith 😱| Kai jones signing soon?

Miami Heat Nation, what is going on? So, in today’s video, we got tons of Miami Heat news coming out today. We got Jimmy Butler reacting to the Miami Heat trading Heywood Highmith. We got more news involving the Haywood Highmith trade with the Miami Heat being one of the worst front office in the NBA. So, if you guys didn’t know, Heywood Heismith was traded to the Brooklyn Nets yesterday. So, the Brooklyn Nets received Haywood Highmith and a 2013 second round pick. Miami Heat receives a protected 31 to 55 2026 second round pick. So, this is probably one of the worst trades that the Miami Heat continue to do. They continue to give capital up and get nothing in return just to get under the the the luxury tax. I understand you want to get under the luxury tax, but you’re telling me Haywood Highmith, who is a perimeter defender who has worked on his shot, is worth absolutely nothing, and I promise you the Brooklyn Nets will find a way to flip him and get like four second round picks. This front office is a disaster. So look at this. This is the last two years. Caleb gone for nothing. I said we should have traded him and got something out of it. Gabe gone for nothing. Stress gone for a second. Larry gone with a first round pick attached. Heywood Highmith gone for a useless second. Also could have waved Haywood at a small cap at 1.7 over the next three years instead of using a second round pick. I just don’t understand it and it’s just it’s just terrible. They didn’t need to do this move at all right now. They could have waited, but it is what it is. But the Heat are now $4 million under the tax with 13 players under contract. They will need to sign a 14 player to a standard by the start of the regular season. So that could potentially be Kai Jones. That can maybe be Alec Bergs, Drew Smith, or just an outside free agent. Um, and then Wes Goldberg also said somewhat related. Kai Jones completed a workout in Miami and he’s pretty much saying not reporting anything, but he’s just saying we pretty much talked about this how they’re below the luxury tax and 9.5 million below the first apron hard cap um leving guaranteed contract. They will also be creating a $5.6 million trade exception. And Miami has one future one future second 2027 now available. So, like I said once again, this was a horrible trade. We could have definitely got something out of it, but it is what it is. Now, we got Draymond Green and Jimmy Butler reacting to this. So, Draymond Green retweeted the trade and he says, “Look what you done, Jimbo.” And tagged Jimmy Butler. And everybody was confused cuz like what do you mean what look what you’ve done? Like Jimmy Butler like he’s not on the Miami Heat no more. And Jimmy Butler responded, and I know it’s very, very small. I’m trying to read this, but he said, “Don’t put that e on me. Ricky Bobby, I had nothing to do with this. Let me live my off season with my blonde weave in.” So that’s him responding to Draymond Green. And clearly, there’s a joke out of this. There’s a reason why Draymond posted this and tagged Jimmy Butler to get attention. And I’m pretty sure this is, like I said, an outside joke that we just don’t know about. Um, I also heard that Jimmy Butler and Haywood Heisman didn’t have the greatest relationship. So, maybe that’s what they’re going with there. Um, but let me know what you guys think about this. Oh, yeah. And this is another thing that I wanted to talk about. That’s what this the tweet I was looking for. So, they gave up four second round picks. One to get rid of Haywood contract. They technically get one back, but it’s so heavily protected they they won’t get it, right? Two to get rid of Oladipo’s contract when he got injured. One to move off from Deadmond. Just think about that. And then we’re expect we’re supposed to say, “Oh, this is a good front office because they got Norman Pal.” No. And also this came out too, a lot of drama, not a drama, but more news involving a Kevin Durant situation and it kind of questions even more of not going after Kevin Durant. So Heath’s final offer for Kevin Durant earlier this summer. So we offered Andrew Wiggins, Terry Rosair, Haywood Highmith, High May, and a 20th pick. The Suns counter and said, “No, I want Wiggins. I want Terry Rosair. Heywood Icemith, Haime Yovic and the 20th pick in a pick swap. That’s all they wanted. Wiggins we didn’t really want anymore. Terrier, we wanted him gone. Heywood Smith, you throw him in there. Now looking at it, you definitely throw him in there. I mean, this dude just went for nothing. Hime Yovic. So, you was already offering Hime. You gave up the 20th pick. So, only thing they wanted was Yovic and a pick swap. The problem is the front office has very, very, very high interest in Yovage of being a star player. But the problem is he could be a star player, but is he going to be a star player in the spo system? You can have all the potential in the world, but if coach is not putting you in the right spots, you’re not going to be a star. It’s simple as that. So, I I just don’t understand what this front office is doing at all. Um, I don’t think this was a bad deal. Like, giving up Hime Yovic, you didn’t have to give up Khlo Weir. They’re not even asking for Khloe Weir. Think about that. And now, what if Haime Yovic come out this year and they have another awful season? I’m just saying. And then what if the Miami Heat pulled off Durant and Norman Pal. Now you have Durant, Norman Pal, Tyler and Bam and Khel Weir. Now you look at your team a little bit different. It’s as simple as that. So it is what it is. Kevin Durant on the Houston Rockets. Now we move on. But just seeing this type of stuff just frustrates me. And then also this is some, you know, positive stuff. So it says the top 10 shooting guards in the NBA according to Hoops Hype. So they have Anthony Edwards as number one, Dunovan at two, Jaylen Williams at three, Brown at four, Booker at five, and Tyler at six. So you can just tell that, you know, the season that he had definitely put a lot of eye eye attention, whatever you want to say it, on Tyler, and he’s in the top five to six shooting guards in the league, and I totally respect it.
